Kinofag's recent slander of the farms is hilariously pathetic, but it makes me wish a brick fell on his testicle or something equally unpleasant happens to him. All because null called him a fag for constantly advertising his twitter on the site. The salt is unreal.

Ralph's property is perfect reflection of his personality. It's a metaphor of Ralph's abandoned problems, what he leaves behind when he runs away. I am not even shocked to see the state it's in.

A little bit of morbid curiosity here, where did the thing about Ronnie melting into a couch come from? Did it actually happen, and is there a place I can read about it cuz that sounds really interesting.
I tried to use the search function to no avail but instead I'll use my CTE brain and tell you I'm pretty sure Ethan or an obituary let it slip that he was dead for atleast 2 weeks before someone found him and then Ralph held his eulogy at panchos, a shitty taco place.

Ralph didn’t give any eulogy or hold a memorial. The obit mentioned some people getting together at Pancho’s but I don’t recall any evidence of Ralph bothering to go down for any services or round of drinks for his dear old dad. He put more effort into Sandra’s budget cremation than Ronnie’s demise. Maybe someone else has better recall of the Ronnie couch patty melt fallout

Bro, at that point it's more profitable to just mow the house down, sell the wood it's made out of, and sell the land it sits on.
The house is worthless, obviously it’s a teardown. I don’t think the land is worth anything either, it’s bordered by a sewage canal and looks like it floods regularly. No one’s gonna buy that.

Naw, Ronnie had him a fine piece of land! corn as far as the eye can see!

The wood is infested with termites and has been gnawed at by rats, raccoons and meth heads for the past several years. Controlled implosion and salt the earth.

Ronnie’s truck was even cooler than Ethan’s. The vintage truck parked in the driveway in 2013 would be worth more than the entire house and land in 2023.

Ralph’s best bet is to get the neighbors to pay him $5k for the house so they can be guaranteed no Ralphamale neighbor ever again. Unfortunately demoing the house costs more than it worth so the neighbors will prob just wait till it officially abandoned via tax non-payment, make the city demo it and then buy the lot from the Sheriff’s tax office.

from the outside atleast that normla house is kind of nice. modest size, car port, bay window in the front, well kept lawn. would be a decent house to live in if it wasnt in west memphis and wasnt next to the ronniecrackashack. i do like how they have done landscaping to hide the crack shack behind big ass plants. cant blame them, i would do the same.

This makes me legitimately sad. Unless Ralph is a complete sociopath (I think he’s just a sissy brat), it has to bother him that his father spent the end of his life like that. As Ralph moved from hideout to hideout last year, he was acting the way Ronnie did in his final days. Maybe that makes Ralph feel like he’s accomplished something special, beating his father’s mental breakdown speed record by a couple decades.

How does one come to have a house that looks like this?
The entire construction seems strange as fuck.

If you look at someone like Tommy Tooter, his place looks just as bad. It's addiction and mental illness.

A lot of addicts who are mentally ill are homeless. Pissing on the floor and throwing your garbage on the ground is not too bad when you are outside. In a confined space, it gets bad quickly.

Ronnie's house is in worse shape than Tommy's because Tom lives in the desert whereas Ronnie lived in a damp environment. The wet ground is going to make the foundation sink, the wood rot, and mold to grow. Ronnie's backyard had a huge pile of trash and buckets. Tom's yard has a huge pile of trash and buckets.

A normal person would be disgusted to live like this. That's where the addiction comes into play. You could clean your house, hell you could just not piss on the floor and not throw garbage in the corner, or you could just get drunk and high and pass out.

Shingles are eventually going to get old and get cracks. Water seeps into the cracks. The water starts to rot the beams. The roof starts to cave in.

So it's a combo of being crazy and being fucked up all the time.
