I guess I should've said that in most places they can condemn a house if it's been boarded up for 60 days. I'm sure in poor cities they don't bother with it unless they need the land for something.

There is a zero percent chance of anything happening to this guy. No one is going to care in West Memphis about someone walking through one of the many empty crackshacks.

If the cops rolled up and caught him and somehow contacted Ralph this guy would be charged with B&E.

I'm hearing the back door was wide open. Likely it would just be trespassing, but he def could get hit with some type of charge.

Unless there were “No trespassing” signs posted, the worst that would happen IF the Cops were able to contact the owner would be that the cops would issue a warning.

This is Ronnie's house in West Memphis, not the (rented) Richmond crackshack that Ralph lived in with Sandra. Ralph currently brags about how baller he is for owning this shithole ("Ahm very rich, ah own multiple properties")

Ronnie melted into the couch for Ethan's sins and gave him a perfectly livable crackshack, right next to a mudpit.
He could have raised his daughter in this home. He could have even possibly installed a new air conditioner in a window for her.
There's even a pile of clothes that Rozy could have worn, instead of her only onesie.

A father's loving last act, left to rot, like his body was left to rot, all because Ethan Ralph is a homosexual hog hiding out in an Hispanic hell hole with a horse.

We seem to be in the middle of a time where we're discussing ethics in "journalist" ahogging.

My hot take on this is, while it may not necessarily be a crime, there's a certain line we don't cross. This is pretty apparent cow-tipping, as this is going to send Ralph through the roof, and if the property were locked and sealed, which he could claim, he would be within his rights to go to the Police, and Josh has stated he will help Law enforcement if evidence of a crime has been posted to his site by the perpetrator.

While I admit it's somewhat amusing, it's not at all a good look for us.

This is some Podawful shit, and Podawful is gay and will soon have only one testicle (allegedly). This kind of thing is one-nut energy. This is a two-nut zone. Fucking behave yourself.
