Part of me is legitimately curious how Chris is holding up in the psych wards where he's cut off from virtually all forms of mass pop culture consumption. So much of his identity and, moreover, the coping mechanism of CWCville being his interpretation of the cartoon reality that without a fresh flow of stuff to rip off, is Chris able to manage on what he can remember?
He's using the Bible as his means of external stimulation, hence the Jesus larp.

I was today years old when I found out the Farms is running again. Has Chris been shanked yet or is he running his own version of the Aryan Brotherhood by chance?

Yes.
Plus he made the hardest lag into his prison wife-rosechu.

Even the head warden consults Chris on prison decisions and gives blowies on demand.

If he ever gets out he is going to be doing Barb in the arse as that little Barbussy is just not going to be tight enough anymore.

From my understanding of the timeline, Chris was originally booked on misdemeanor incest, screwed up the crucial six month hearing and was sent to both JMU's forensic psychology unit and Western, where he spent a short amount of time in each (indicating he's not crazy), for competency. After he returned from Western is where we he talked about how no, Barb actually groomed him because he thought her sarcasm after he paid for a prostitute in the middle of legal adventures for hitting Snyder that were costing lots of money, was actually an indication of Barb's grooming him, so it wasn't his fault. (First time Chris actually had a "defense")

After the year he spent bouncing from various psych evaluations, right back to jail is when the one year anniversary hearing came up, where his charges were brought to the grand jury, and they came back with a felony incest charge.

That's when Heilberg locked the case down and threw the autism card down. The judge granted a 1 year evaluation period until August of 2023, where it sounds like from Chris, he's waiting for Western to find him a group home where he can be placed and monitored. Heilberg's trying to see if he really is so broken that he can't function, or Chris just stays Chris.

One way or the other, Chris is still facing felony incest charges, unless something happens in that year long evaluation that Heilberg can use. Either way, it'll be two full years since he was arrested before any kind of official trial on the incest will happen, and either way, Chris's future isn't looking good.

ETA:
Remember when they booted him out of the evaluations at the very minimum amount of time? That tard out he described, where he was hogtied and pinned and put into the bondage chair was from when he found out that he was leaving Western, but instead of getting released, they were sending him right back to jail, because he wasn't crazy enough to take up a bed there.

Chris probably assumed that when they said he "was fine", it was like the therapeutic docket diversion where he talked with shrinks and professionals and they said he was fine and not a criminal, then he got movie tickets and a rose from the judge. In essence, they were saying "you're not insane, you fully understand what's going on".
Chris would have done well to have plead guilty as he would have been given a release date. By pleading fruitcake he's allowed himself to be dragged into the bowels of the justice systems mental health quagmire. While it may eventually help keep him out of actual prison its likely to get him into a psyche facility where they can hold him indefinitely until the head shrinkers decide he's no longer a danger to himself or other granny's.

In the state hospital or even a government psyche ward its at the doctor supervising his case's discretion when and if he's released. The felony he's facing has a maximum sentence of 10 years which in reality would work out to around 5 years served IF he got the maximum sentence, which he would not. Had he plead guilty he would have gotten somewhere between 2 and 5 years and been coming up on parole very soon. Having used the autism diversion clause the judge can mandate that he be subject to intensive psychiatric treatment until such time as he is competent to be released. Which could be never.

It's not common for dangerous tards to disappear into the system but it does happen, especially if the tard is incapable of compliance. All Chris needs to do to get out is jump through their hoops and say what they want to hear. But Chris is a stubborn belligerent idiot so this may never occur to him.

It is not a guarantee that Chris will still face charges after spending a year in the tard home. A deferred disposition stops the trial, both parties agree to conditions (Chris being put in a group home), and the trial then resumes after the conditions are met. And by trial I mean only the filing of the conviction order (if Chris is guilty or not). Once the case resumes
Final disposition may include (a) conviction of the original charge, (b) conviction of an alternative charge, or (c) dismissal of the proceedings.
And more specifically for autism deferral what Chris has gotten.
upon fulfillment of the terms and conditions, the court may discharge the person and dismiss the proceedings against him without an adjudication of guilt.
The entire point of the autism deferral was to give Chris another chance to escape serious charges after he didn't plea down, not to stick him in a home for a year just for fun. Reading the exact wording the prosecution could still charge Chris if they wanted to (says the court may dismiss proceedings, not must), but if they agreed to the disposition in the first place it'd be weird if they did.
Now, if he fucks up and violates the conditions, that will be when they finally throw the book at the teflon tard, although unfortunately they still have a choice to not convict.

The problem with the autism deferral is that it really doesn't get Chris off the hook either way:
  1. Chris's autism is so severe that it was a huge mitigating factor in the Barb buggery, which means he's unable to control himself, which means he's unable to function as an independent person, thus group home and treatment for the rest of his life.
  2. Chris is actually able to adjust in a group home during the evaluation period, is able to function in a group setting, shows critical thinking abilities, is able to control himself and eventually can function independently, thus he's perfectly able to answer to the charges, thus prison stint and probation.
Heilberg is throwing all his eggs in the basket into the number one option. Originally, it was believed that Chris was legitimately insane, and that was the need for all the tests by some of the top tier evaluation centers like JMU, but Chris was able to leave those places in the shortest amount of administrative time period.

Now the autism card is even less severe, it's the hail Mary Heilberg is throwing. While autism can play a mitigating factor, such as that one Jan 6th person who got probation instead of jail time for a trespassing charge, it in no way get someone off the hook.

Either way, Chris is fucked for a long time.

He's using the Bible as his means of external stimulation, hence the Jesus larp.

I want to know just how much of that is a act of stimulation or a testament to how plyiable and malleable his mind is given available resources (and how poorly defined his own sense of identity is).

He started with the God crap before he molested Barb, and it was getting worse and then he landed in jail with his only free and accessible media was various religious books he's handed through various well meaning religious orgs to accelerate his downward delusional spiral.

He's not plead NGRI, he's said he's "Not Guilty" and the court and his solicitor don't agree and are trying the best they can with him that includes trying anything and everything they can to get him even part way functional.

And by trial I mean only the filing of the conviction order (if Chris is guilty or not). Once the case resumes

From what various legal Kiwi's have said he's now going to be in Fellony Territory no matter what happens as his punishment has lasted over a year it's one of those legal inevitabilities the court doesnt have any wiggle room on due to the lenght of time that's passed he has been detained by the Virginia Courts and Legal system.

The entire point of the autism deferral was to give Chris another chance to escape serious charges after he didn't plea down, not to stick him in a home for a year just for fun. From what I can see is the "Autism Deferral" is there to redirect people who who have ASD issues redirected correctly because they can function with support, Chris is one of the first cases to get it (from someone posting here) and it wasn't created for people like Chris in mind it was more for lesser crimes or for Autists who've Chimpped out publicly and caused a problem and to redirect said people from Incarceration to Support to lessen the strain on the Legal and Prison symptoms.

Chris's autism is so severe that it was a huge mitigating factor in the Barb buggery, which means he's unable to control himself, which means he's unable to function as an independent person, thus group home and treatment for the rest of his life.

It could be viewed that way but there are other issues like his wilful concealment and obfuscation of the crime that puts pay to that, he has also shown he can control himself in the past but he also has behavioural issues where he doesn't respect or understand authority, peoples personal space and a whole load of other issues combined with the fact they have tried to "Help" him before means that they are still trying to be fair to the tard but are taking this seriously.

Chris is actually able to adjust in a group home during the evaluation period, is able to function in a group setting, shows critical thinking abilities, is able to control himself and eventually can function independently, thus he's perfectly able to answer to the charges, thus prison stint and probation.

So far he's not been moved out of CVRJ according to the Prisoner Trackers and he's in Medical or Isolation from the last update we had from him, I am kinda shocked he took being away from his toys and comfort zone in jail so well tbh but I don't think he'd be able to do that if he was forced to mix with others in GenPop OR with other Tards in the Tard home, Chris doesnt do or understand people very well and he fears the other mentally disabled an ill and that would send his stress levels sky rocketing leading to the likelihood of a indecent occurring landing him right back in Jail.

Your comment implies that this year long delay is to try to restore competency to then go forward with typical criminal proceedings; is this true? I was under the impression that the case has, in a practical sense been resolved and he is now facing the “consequences” under the autism deferment, with the scheduled court date to determine if that is still appropriate.

The technical language here definitely gets a little fuzzy since the point of the deferral is to give them greater flexibility than they would have if it was officially called punishment for a conviction
§ 19.2-303.6. Deferred disposition in a criminal case; persons with autism or intellectual disabilities.
A. In any criminal case, except a violation of § 18.2-31, an act of violence as defined in § 19.2-297.1, or any crime for which a deferred disposition is provided for by statute, upon a plea of guilty, or after a plea of not guilty, and the facts found by the court would justify a finding of guilt, the court may, if the defendant has been diagnosed by a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist with (i) an autism spectrum disorder as defined in the most recent edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders published by the American Psychiatric Association or (ii) an intellectual disability as defined in § 37.2-100 and the court finds by clear and convincing evidence that the criminal conduct was caused by or had a direct and substantial relationship to the person's disorder or disability, without entering a judgment of guilt and with the consent of the accused, after giving due consideration to the position of the attorney for the Commonwealth and the views of the victim, defer further proceedings and place the accused on probation subject to terms and conditions set by the court. Upon violation of a term or condition, the court may enter an adjudication of guilt; or upon fulfillment of the terms and conditions, the court may discharge the person and dismiss the proceedings against him without an adjudication of guilt. This section shall not limit the authority of any juvenile and domestic relations court granted to it in Title 16.1.

B. Deferred disposition shall be available to the defendant even though he has previously been convicted of a criminal offense, been adjudicated delinquent as a juvenile, or had proceedings deferred and dismissed under this section or under any other provision of law, unless, after having considered the position of the attorney for the Commonwealth, the views of the victims, and any evidence offered by the defendant, the court finds that deferred disposition is inconsistent with the interests of justice.

2020, c. 1004.

The chapters of the acts of assembly referenced in the historical citation at the end of this section may not constitute a comprehensive list of such chapters and may exclude chapters whose provisions have expired.

lerThe problem with the autism deferral is that it really doesn't get Chris off the hook either way:
Again the entire point of the deferral is get him off the hook, they're not sending him to a group home just for fun. The prosecution had to agree to it, meaning they are presumably on board with not charging Chris once he's out of the home and shows improvement. The only thing that would stop Chris from getting out is Chris himself, because he won't play nice in the group home and/or try to leave it, violating the conditions of the deferral and letting the prosecution charge him. This isn't another competency evaluation, and the entire system has to go out of its way to put Chris in a home when it would be much easier to throw him in prison and be done with it.
Heilberg is a crafty bastard who somehow got the tard out of a serious punishment even when Chris was trying his damnedest to screw everything up. Who knows maybe he somehow has another trick up his sleeve that will get Chris out when he inevitably chimps out in the tard home.

Heilberg is throwing all his eggs in the basket into the number one option. Originally, it was believed that Chris was legitimately insane, and that was the need for all the tests by some of the top tier evaluation centers like JMU, but Chris was able to leave those places in the shortest amount of administrative time period.
Chris also tried to perform an exorcism on a patient he believed was being possessed by a Demon, and considering the last person he tried to heal was by raping her, I'm pretty sure there wasn't a point in keeping him around any longer since he was a danger to other patients and most likely the workers.

Chris also tried to perform an exorcism on a patient
His exact claim is that the staff was against the idea that an exorcism would help the patient. He didn’t say he tried to perform one or even had contact with the patient. He told a staffer she should perform an exorcism or let Chris do so, and was told to go away.

and considering the last person he tried to heal was by raping her,
He wasn’t truly trying to heal her. In his words, “I was horny.” The “healing” claim was a pathetic excuse he made up later.

I'm pretty sure there wasn't a point in keeping him around any longer since he was a danger to other patients and most likely the workers.
You think he saw someone having a seizure and tried to hump them?

Telling the staff to do the exorcism and trying to do it yourself isn't much different.
He wasn’t truly trying to heal her. In his words, “I was horny.” The “healing” claim was a pathetic excuse he made up later.
Doesn't matter what he was or wasn't trying to do, if his paper work said he claimed he was healing her by raping her, that's what the doctors/doctor/person with the whip and chair will be working with.
You think he saw someone having a seizure and tried to hump them?
You do realize there are other ways to be a danger to others that doesn't involve sexual assault, right? The fact Chris has a history of going into Hedgehog mode and assaulting people is known and documented, lets not act like he went to the looney bin and suddenly became some sob story who was down on his luck and behaved like a normal person who was cleared of any wrong doing when he was evaluated.

I just want to point out that retard strength while often joked about, can be real. Chris (along with other retards) have a high pain tolerance and threshold that normal people don't because the body tends to either not register pain, or the body just doesn't care. I've seen a person who weighed less than Chris (probably 160 to 180 pounds) rip the door handle off an industrial door after he got tackled from trying to charge through a group of grown men.

“You should do an exorcism hmmmmyeah.”
“Go back to your corner, Chandler.”

If it happened at all (Chris lies), that’s likely what happened.

Chris is dangerous enough that he should have a minder who knows what he’s doing when it comes to handling adults who throw tantrums. It remains to be seen whether or not he’s too dangerous for a group home.

I don't think he's going to be dangerous to orderlies or staff but he could be to other tards, especially if there are any female tards allowed. They may have to find him a sex-segregated facility. He doesn't really represent much of a physical threat even if he completely tards out, but he's incredibly annoying.

Either they're really short on facilities (at least for Chris-tier retardation), or Chris has been obstructing it somehow. If he's doing that, at the end of the year they'll probably revoke his tard dispensation from responsibility for his crimes.

Chris may not attack the orderlies, but he would show them no respect. He'll throw a tantrum pretty much every time they tell him to do something like get off the community computers or take a shower, making him very annoying to deal with especially since he's less of a vegetable than the other tards in the home.

I wouldn't be surprised if they throw the book at him if he's actively impeding their ability to find a home. Maybe they'll say screw it and charge him normally or just stick him in a high security facility with no say from him.

Orderlies are people willing to take the shit pay to deal with dangerous tards. They could easily take their frustration out on an annoying enough tard incapable of a dangerous response.

Belief in exorcism and demons seems crazy and antiquated to many in our time but it's more common than a lot of people think, so it's really among the least unusual things about Chris. In college I was moving into an apartment with a new roommate. He brought his church along to get the demons out because the previous occupant had played Warhammer 40K. They brought in their prophet who had a sword and a flag. People were rolling on the floor chanting in tongues and smearing olive oil on things.

I ended up leaving to a friend's place where we played F-Zero until they were gone.

The roommate is now a computer engineer at a big tech company.

I wish I knew how to perform exorcisms.

Would be fun to go around a furry/brony convention with a cross and holy water and see what happens.
