HOUSTON – A man has been arrested, accused of kidnapping a woman and holding her against her will at a southeast Houston home for several years.
Lee Carter, 52, is charged with aggravated kidnapping. He was arrested Thursday. He is in the Harris County Jail with a bond set at $100,000.
According to court documents, officers responded on April 7, 2023, to a home located in the 5200 block of Perry Street in southeast Houston for a kidnapping in progress. When they arrived, they heard a woman’s voice coming from a window of the home. Officers began to speak to the woman who told them about four or five years before she was pregnant and panhandling off Almeda Genoa. At that time, the suspect, identified as Lee Carter, pulled over to give the woman a dollar.
The court documents said Carter asked the woman if she needed help. The woman said she needed help and Carter said he would help her and told her to get in his car. The woman got in his car and he drove to his home on Perry Street where the woman said he had been holding her against her will for the past 4-5 years.
The documents said the woman told police Carter repeatedly forced her to have sex with him, forced her to take drugs, and prevented her from leaving the house by locking her inside a garage. The woman said she did not have a shower in the garage, so from time to time, Carter would allow her to leave the room to shower.
The woman said she never saw anyone else in the home while she was kept there, but could hear Carter arguing with other women while she showered. She said on numerous occasions, when Carter would take her from the garage to the home, she attempted to run away and escape. Each time, Carter would run after her, grab her, and return her to the garage and lock her inside again.
The woman said she pled with Carter to let her go almost daily, but was threatened with physical violence. She said when she begged him to let her leave, Carter would force her to take pills along with crack cocaine and other illegal drugs, causing her to become physically unable to leave. She said she told Carter on numerous occasions that she didn’t want to take the drugs, but he continued to force her to take them.
The documents said the woman told police Carter provided her with chips and snacks for food, but she was hardly able to get a full meal. When she spoke to police, the woman said she had not showered in almost two months. She said she was able to text police because Carter allowed her to use his laptop where she used a Text Now application to contact 911 dispatch and tell them she was being held against her will.
The woman said she had been able to escape once before, but she ended up in the hospital and Carter came and picked her up and locked her in the garage again. He then put up boards on the exterior of the garage window to prevent her from escaping again.
The documents said there was a makeshift toilet inside of the garage that did not flush, a sink with faucet and dripping spigot, a mattress covered with vomit, assorted chips and a few Twinkies.
The documents said that officers said the victim was “extremely malnourished” and weighing “approximately 70 pounds with a pungent stench”. Her clothes were very dirty and she had no shoes.
A neighbor told police they never actually saw anything going on at the home, but from conversations with Carter, they believed there may have been illegal activity happening in the house. The neighbor told police they believed there may have been human trafficking or that porn may have been being made with the women at the home.
And yes this is really Viper the Rapper. If you've been aware of his crack escapades in recent years it's not that surprising, but I don't think anyone would've guessed he was rape garage levels of insane.

@unimpressed cabbage was the first to post that Good Lawgic had likely leaked MANdy's number on page 2796. Daniel P. Harris' information was posted on page 2798 by multiple people, the first being @Anticipointment (who later deleted their post), but this post should hopefully clear up any doubt as to whether the information was correct.
"Amanda Michelle Karevicius", allegedly born August 8, 1989 and going by the name Mandy Karevicius, appears to be a persona created by Daniel Paul Harris (born August 8, 1981), of Arlington Texas, originally from the outskirts of Shreveport, Louisiana.
It is likely that "Buffalo Dan" Harris stole the name of a real-world woman also named Amanda Karevicius, who also spent her younger years living in the Shreveport area, and has been skinwalking on the Internet as her since at least February 2008 (about 16 years).
TDLR: Joe/Good Lawgic leaked MANdy's phone number on Christmas morning and it turns out Daniel "Buffalo Dan" Harris is the man who puts the MAN in MANdy. And he should really get over Amanda Karevicius, it's been over a third of his life spent Internet skinwalking as her.
MANdy's "Proof" of Womanhood
Following the revelation two weeks ago that all of MANdy's photos appeared to have been stolen from the Internet and deliberately altered and degraded to defeat reverse image searching which might reveal the theft, "Mandy" eventually responded around Christmas.
While "Mandy" could not prove that the thirst traps they had posted were of them, because they were obviously stolen, the idea was to provide "proof" that "Mandy" was actually a woman.
Christmas Example 1: The Paper Sign
The first response was this $1 superchat posted to Nick Rekieta's Locals chat, in which a person writes a message to Kiwi Farms on a page held up to and obscuring their face. The message was posted during Rekieta's December 21st stream with attorney Ty Beard.
The message read:
"Hey kf. I do Not accept
your apology. Sorry!"
(It is unclear what apology was being responded to.)
Rekieta responded jubilantly. The Farms were wrong about Rekieta AGAIN! MANdy "herself" confirmed that the FanFic Farms had been FELTED!
Nick Rekieta triumphantly read the message live on stream, proud that "Mandy" had PROVEN herself to be a woman and not a catfish!
Christmas Example 2: The Christmas Morning Call-in
NARRATIVE DESTROYED!
MANdy later continued the "I am totally a cute gamer girl mechanic and definitely not a man" tour participating in a call-in stream with Nick's LawTube ally Joe/Good Lawgic on December 24th, with Joe returning "her" call just before 2:30AM on Christmas morning Central time.
The call featured "her" extremely feminine-sounding voice reciting Dallas Cowboys jokes:
Unfortunately for MANdy, Joe accidentally showed his call history on screen briefly before returning "her" call.
The call history contained MANdy's number. The screenshot below (taken from the full clip) has the correct number highlighed, along with MANdy's comments identifying the correct area code.
Free people search websites gave differing results for the details of the identity of the owner. Further, it would not be clear directly from the number whether the owner of the number was in fact the person behind the fake persona "Mandy Karevicius", since in theory the person behind the persona could have been using someone else's phone number.
As this post will show, there is way more than enough evidence to conclude that the correct answer is Daniel P. Harris, a 42 year old man from Arlington, Texas.
This private information is unavailable to guests due to policies enforced by third-parties.
Being clear: There is no evidence of any kind that Amanda Karevicius has or had any involvement in the MANdy persona beyond providing the inspiration for its name. It seems likely that Daniel Harris has stolen her name to use online.
Before going through why Daniel P. Harris is MANdy, I want to clarify the likely inspiration to the name "Mandy" and also that she has nothing to do with this.
It seems certain that Daniel P. Harris stole the name "Mandy Karevicius" from Amanda Karevicius (now going by Carpenter) of Kentucky, who grew up in a small town in Louisiana, just east of the Texas border in the western outskirts of Shreveport. Amanda was a 1998 graduate of Huntington High School, which is in the western fringe of Shreveport proper.
Amanda was often speculated in this thread as a likely candidate for the persona of "Mandy" since she appeared to be the only verifiably real person with an online presence to have the claimed name.
I was unable to verify what school Daniel P. Harris attended, but based on his year of birth he likely would have been in the class of 1999, maybe 2000. The cities in Louisiana associated with his past residence history range from about 20 to 30 minutes east or northeast of the small town of Bethany linked to Amanda. I was, however, able to find that based on the OCR of this newspaper page, Daniel's younger brother, Joseph, appears to have graduated from Airline HS in Bossier City, northeast of central Shreveport.
Before Buffalo Dan accidentally revealed his own identity by using his own number to call Good Lawgic, I posted my speculation about the profile of the poster. I was convinced that he was a man who, like Amanda Karevicius, grew up in the Shreveport area of Louisiana and met her while living there before eventually moving to the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex in Texas. This was from a week or two ago, but the only thing that I wrote that I would change given the new knowledge of MANdy's real identity would be to change the 50% confidence value to something much higher.
I am absolutely 100% confident that the person behind the "Mandy K'/MANdy account is not the real Amanda K. MANdy is very familiar with the Dallas-Fort Worth area, which Amanda K. has no ties to, and was able to discuss in real time local landmarks in the area with people who also said they lived there. I was also able to find public social media comments by the real Amanda K. and they demonstrated specific typing tics which MANdy does not.
I am roughly 50% confident that the person behind the MANdy account knew the real Amanda K when she lived in Shreveport, LA (so about 20 years ago) and has stolen her name online since 2008. MANdy occasionally referenced places in Shreveport in Locals and you found a comment where there was talk about going to a concert in Shreveport. It would help if we could know the previous usernames of a YT account, but AFAIK this is not possible. That said, in this case, MANdy likely derived sexual gratification from your post. I do think this is a really weird situation on the level of Metokur Fembot.
For whatever reason, the individual decided to steal her name, skinwalk as her on the Internet, pretending to be a woman online for 16 years. Obviously, it is hard to avoid speculating that there is some sort of sexual component to it, and especially hard to escape the notion that "Buffalo Dan" Harris probably knew the real Amanda Karevicius 20 years ago and somehow became infatuated enough with her that he decided to start skinwalking as her on the Internet, and in particular on Steam by 2008 (when he had a "Mandy" account on Steam under the username "mkflower", where the "mk" presumably stood for "Mandy Karevicius") and is still skinwalking as her on the Internet well into the 2020s.
First line of evidence: Daniel Harris' location
What is noticeable immediately from Daniel "Buffalo Dan" Harris' address is that it matches a lot of what MANdy described about "her" own location.
There was quite a bit of information that MANdy had given about "her" location that I kept out of my post. had looked into a couple of pieces of information Mandy gave out and it seemed to implicate a fairly narrow area. What confused me and made me investigate further is that Mandy claimed that Ty's law office was northeast to her, and she typed it in Google Maps and it was a 30 minute drive from her.
This does not fit with Arlington at all as Tyler, TX is southeast and considerably farther than 30 minutes away.
Then I realized there may have been confusion with this accountancy with a very similar name to Ty's firm:
When typing in in "Beard and Harris" as a search term on Google Maps while hovering over the DFW area, both firms are returned as a search result, but the accountancy is the first on the list. It is probably safe to conclude that "Mandy" made a mistake.
I looked up other every claim I could find that was made by Mandy:
Approximately five minutes away from a Krispy Kreme (only one in Arlington area)
Described two locations as "down the street"
Lives in apartment in "Arlington/Pantego"
Lives in zip code 76013

The zip code in question is roughly outlined in green on the western side of the map.
The area enclosed in the red shape is a five minute or less drive away from the Arlington Krispy Kreme. The area in orange is more than 5 minutes but less than 10 minutes from Krispy Kreme. The purple area represents areas within 30 minutes of the accountancy.
The white dot represents the apartments in question on Pioneer Parkway.
Second line of evidence: Daniel P. Harris' family details
What fully convinced me that Daniel P. Harris is the virtual skinwalker known as "Mandy Karevicius" was the fact that, at least by the time MANdy became involved with the Rekieta Law community, he appears to have mixed in details of his own personal life with that of "Mandy Karevicius".
The super chat was sent at around 9:30 into the stream. The topic of the super chat was to troll for condolences from Rekieta and his fans for Mandy's "sister-in-law" dying, giving Rekieta an excuse to DRINK!
Now this is where MANdy fucked up.
Mandy posted in Locals pictures of of "her" father, helpfully reposted on the thread by "her" Internet friend @Cynthia Behave.
It turns out that Randy Smith, listed as the father of Daniel P. Harris, died this year. His obituary states that he died on (want to guess?) August 23, 2023, or in other words likely just hours before MANdy sent money for Rekieta to drink to the memory of her "sister-in-law".
His obituary page features a video photo album featuring various photos of Randy Smith.
Putting the most recent-looking photos of the late Randy Smith side-to-side with the photo MANdy posted in Nick Rekieta's Locals, it seems clear it's the same man and that the photo of MANdy's dad was a photo of Randy Smith, father of Daniel P. Harris.
The obituary of Randy Smith appears consistent with MANdy's claim about "her" father being a Desert Storm vet, .
MANdy claimed that "her" brother lived in Virginia as well - which would match with Daniel P. Harris' brother, Joseph Harris.
When Rekieta announced in Locals that his Rittenhouse interview was scheduled for "Tuesday Jan 24th at 11pm central", Mandy responded in Locals: "That's my brother's birthday lol". Rekieta responded: "Happy birthday to him." Joseph Grant Harris (listed as Daniel Harris' brother in the obituary) was born on January 24, 1984, according to free people search websites.
I sure hope MANdy's brother from Virginia wasn't actually based on Daniel Harris' real-life brother from Virginia, because "Mandy K" sure had some negative things to say about "her" brother's family. These messages are from before when "Mandy's" sister-in-law allegedly died in August 2023.
Mandy wrote in Locals that the "last time i visited my brother his wife laid her fat ass on the couch and did absolutely nothing. I had to help him and his kids do house work and make dinner. Bitch doesnt even know how the washing machine works", and at another point stated that "my brother married a rich girl who was pampered her whole life and doesnt even do shit... he does EVERYTHING around his house. Last time I visited she wouldn't even answer the door... she just sat her blonde ass on the couch and played on her laptop".
Mandy even mocked "her" brother's children, writing in Nick Rekieta's Locals that "my brother's kids wont anything that isnt cheese, chocolate or says McDonald's on it so that makes me a little mad."
Mandy also claimed that her brother-in-law lived in Lincoln:

Third line of evidence: MANdy's car crash
Mandy_K repeatedly claimed in Locals to own a black 1984 Lincoln Town Car, even posting alleged pictures.
There's only one problem though, which is that "her" discussions in Rekieta's YouTube live chat revealed that MANdy was making shit up the whole time. The model year jumped around.
In other words, there was no 80s Lincoln Town Car. The images were probably stolen from somewhere just like the stolen thirst traps that MANdy deliberately edited to degrade their quality and defeat reverse image searching.
The Lincoln Town Car was a red herring.

In the August livestream where MANdy asked Rekieta to eulogize "her" sister-in-law who supposedly died, "she" referenced the accident that allegedly resulted in an injury and a totaled "truck" (what happened to the Town Car?)

There is an accident with crash ID 19673299 I can find using the Texas DOT Crash Records Information System public query tool that matches the narrative posted by "Mandy Karevicius" except for the part about a "truck". The "truck" is a Lincoln Town Car instead.
It is the only crash on that date within the city of Arlington travelling northbound on the 360 I could find contained within the system. There are two other accidents on the 360, but they are southbound.
While the vehicle in the middle of the accident was NOT a truck, it was a.... Lincoln Town Car!
Reconstructing from the query results:
At 2:58pm on July 24, there was an accident on the 360 going northbound,. Inferring from the information available and the damage on the different vehicles, it seems that a 1996 Toyota Camry crashed into a 2004 Lincoln Town Car. The Lincoln Town Car was pushed into a 2023 Toyota Venza SUV.
The Camry sustained damage to the front, the SUV sustained damage to the rear, and the Lincoln Town Car sustained damage at both ends.
The owner of the Camry was issued a citation for "FOLLOWED TOO CLOSELY", and "SLOWING/STOPPING-FOR TRAFFIC" was listed as a contributing factor to the accident.

It sustained a "CONCENTRATED IMPACT" to the front center area of the car at the point of contact with the SUV, with a Damage Rating of 2 on a 0-7 scale.

It is a 2004 model year, white instead of black like the pictures posted by Mandy..
The driver of the Lincoln Town Car was a 41 year old white malewho was suspected to have sustained a serious injury.
Note: Daniel Harris would have still been 41 when this accident took place in July 2023, with a birthdate of August 8, 1981.

In fact, I believe I may have found a 2004 white Lincoln Town Car parked in his apartment building's parking lot on Pioneer Parkway. I can't be 100% sure, but it sure looks like the right car model to me. On the left are comparison photos from an auto listing. The site only says "white", but I think it's the "ceramic white" color specifically in the comparison photos.
The rear lights look almost identical, I think the sunlight is reflecting off the white of the rear of the car and bleeding into the red of the rear lights to make them appear slightly curved.
This is the most speculative portion of the post (maybe not: see update) since the names of the individuals involved in the crash are not included in the data, but I thought it was interesting, so I left it in. Even if that car in the aerial image isn't a Lincoln Town Car like I suspect it is, it would still be a massive coincidence if the driver in that crash also happened to be a 41 year old man.
UPDATE: After this post appeared on the forum, @Musashi's Son was able to confirm that one of the people involved in this specific accident (crash ID 19673299) was a man named Daniel Harris.
Fun Fact: if you search for the crash in the TxDOT purchase system with MANdy's name in Arlington, Tarrant County along with the investigating agency being the Arlington PD, you get the crash with the ID you found and it's the first result. So MANdy was in the crash 100%.

On Wednesday, we updated our Sexual Content Policy. Our primary goal in making these updates was to make our guidelines easier to understand and enforce.
Part of this update included changes to how we treat fictionalized nudity. For years, through UserVoice and in conversations, we heard from artists that our content policies were limiting. In making this update, we were trying to be responsive to these requests and allow the thriving artist community on Twitch to utilize the human form in their art.
First, we want to make clear that some streamers, in response to this update, created content that was in violation of our new policy. We’ve worked quickly to remove that content and issue channel enforcements.
However, there also was a great deal of new content that was allowed under the updated policy. Much of the content created has been met with community concern. These are concerns we share. Upon reflection, we have decided that we went too far with this change. Digital depictions of nudity present a unique challenge–AI can be used to create realistic images, and it can be hard to distinguish between digital art and photography.
So, effective today, we are rolling back the artistic nudity changes. Moving forward, depictions of real or fictional nudity won’t be allowed on Twitch, regardless of the medium. This restriction does not apply to Mature-rated games. You can find emote-specific standards for nudity and sexual content in the Emote Guidelines. We aren’t making other changes to the updated Sexual Content Policy.
We are in the process of pushing out updates to our Community Guidelines that reflect this change. It will take a few days for both this blog and for the new Community Guidelines to be translated.
While I wish we would have predicted this outcome, part of our job is to make adjustments that serve the community. I apologize for the confusion that this update has caused.

On December 12th, 2023 I opened the Kiwi Farms via its primary domain at kiwifarms.net and received an SSL handshake error. I am very familiar with breaking the site and have seen this error many times when working on the frontends, so I know it means one of two things: 1) the webserver is misconfigured to use https://, or 2) the webserver is properly configured but not using an SSL certificate for kiwifarms.net.
Since I was not working on the forum, I immediately diagnosed this as a DNS issue and confirmed the A/AAAA record had changed to just a Terrahost IP.
Terrahost is a subsidiary of Kingdom Ventures, the owner of Epik. I again immediately assumed that Epik had parked kiwifarms.net to a corporate landing page, which would explain both the DNS change and the SSL error. (To be clear, Terrahost was not involved in this, and is functionally independent of Kingdom Venture's Epik despite being a subsidiary).
Epik had removed kiwifarms.net from my domain portfolio. A representative in chat confirmed that the domain violated ToS. I later found an email about it:

Their abuse team has never clarified what part of their ToS we violated.
To explain the history of Epik is difficult. The company is a shitshow. Under the supervision of Rob Monster, they earned a strong reputation for pro-1A. This ended with 8chan, when after 1/6 they decided to force 8chan to move their domains off the platform. Rob Monster was actually so traumatized by 8chan that he instituted a blanket ban on imageboards across Epik, which I learned about through briefly hosting 9chan. This policy seems to still be in place, because the Soyjak Party's secondary domain with Epik was also seized the same day kiwifarms.net.
This decision was extremely confusing to me, because Epik had enjoyed a hostile takeover from Brian Royce, a libertarian out of Las Vegas who has a legally registered RPG-7 in his office. I had received personal assurances from him that Kiwi Farms would be safe on Epik. After bringing this up to the abuse department, they informed me that Brian was gone.
Epik's corporation had been in chaos because they stole millions of dollars of domains from bulk buyers years ago under Rob's supervision, which is what caused Brian Royce to try and take the reigns and save the ship.
Epik the domain registrar was bought by a mysterious company recently registered called Epik LLC. Nobody seems to know who owns it, by design. Epik LLC is different from Epik under Kingdom Ventures, and their new direction for the company seems to be stealing domains again. Terrahost is still owned by Kingdom Ventures.
If this sounds like a shitshow, it is, and there are hundreds of people in the industry who watch the Epik Shitshow much like how we watch lolcows make videos about being married to pokemon.
So in short, Epik has restructured and is no longer being managed competently as it was only briefly under Brian Royce. Thanks to sufficient outrage we were able to compel Epik to give us transfer codes and now kiwifarms.net is parked. kiwifarms.net should continue to redirect to whatever domain we're on until I can get something going permanently.

It seems like Destiny did an "epic gamer move", and took the money back, so now she's not only fucked by some Swedish twink, but also the feds. So a year ago this 2-year schizo drama ended, and destiny nuked all videos on it (even archive channels). The legend of Ana Frills. She went on his stream one day in 2020, and it was a couple hours of absolute shitshow. She's a schizo that Destiny fucked, she fell in love with him, everything was good and then she starts calling him abusive, how he raped women, gaslights, stonewalls. A whole lot of yelling and crying. Then a second later the tears disappear and she's good. Then she's schizo again. These were her iconic "loop"s, and Destiny later said he's abused by her constant schizoing (she tried to talk to everyone Destiny was seen with and tell them that he's a bad abuser/rapist/everything). This on-off schizo shit went on for 2 years, then it was solved by nuking everything, deleting any posts about her, and letting her disappear.
She was also a psychology student which made this extra fun. The archives can probably be found here, there's at least 20 hours of yelling.
This is related because after it ended it came out that Destiny was sexting with her sometimes when this happened + after it happened, while his wife thought that he was being abused. Probably wasn't good for the relationship.
From my memory:
I remember Melina wanting to close the relationship, and maybe even wanting kids? Last one isn't sure, but Destiny is the one who never wants to have monogamy since he believes he can't do that anymore.
