IRL streamer Chud the Builder, real name Dalton Eatherly, has made a streaming career from doing so, approaching random blacks in Clarksville, Tennessee and asking them if he should be allowed to say the N word. While this low-brow IRL trolling content has always been big on Kick, Chud's actions proved to be a bridge too far even for them, and he was recently booted from the platform. And that was even before he shot someone!

Origins & Legal History
Dalton doesn't appear to have learned much from his younger years, when he frequently got in trouble with the law. His criminal exploits have ranged from harassment to drug possession, and as of the publication of this thread, he might be getting some serious time for shooting a guy. Let's go through his criminal cases in chronological order:
His first arrest was on December 11, 2015, for simple possession or casual exchange of drugs. He racked up a probation violation on this offense on July 5, 2016 and had this mugshot taken when he was booked on the violation the following month. (s/a)

Dalton has at least two orders of protection taken out against him, one by Heather Marie Whitbeck (2022) and the other by Yashmine Shauntea West (2025).
Dalton used to be fat, and this image has made the rounds, allegedly of him before he adopted the Chud persona. Dalton says it isn't him.
How did Dalton become Chud? He got into a road rage confrontation with two black women (read: he chimped out at them). During this incident, he called them the N word and they started throwing stuff at his vehicle. They photographed him while stopped at a street light and shared the photo and story on social media, which led to Dalton getting fired. He tried starting his own company, but similar online cancel mobs prevented him from getting much work. The online backlash was so severe a local church even canceled a baptism he had scheduled. Dalton began streaming on Kick as Chud the Builder in 2025, quickly garnering a following because people still enjoy shock content. His antics drew the ire of black Twitter, local commentators, and even local political candidates, with a state House candidate helping circulate this change.org petition (a) calling for action to be taken against Dalton. As his popularity grew, so did his aspirations, leading to him launching a GiveSendGo (a) asking for $100,000 to... continue being racist, I guess. He's also got a crypto token, $CHUD, which he routinely promotes on Pump.fun, where he now streams.
Is this all a grift? Quite possibly. He loves to try to paint himself as the victim in every situation when he's the one who agitates in the name of content creation. He claims his goal is to promote freedom of speech, but asking people if they want merch, shilling his memecoin, and setting up a GiveSendGo make me suspect his ultimate motivation may be monetary. After the success of the Shiloh Hendrix crowdfunding campaign (a), it wouldn't surprise me to see more people try their hand at this racism-for-profit grift.

It's a Wednesday afternoon in Clarksville and Dalton is prowling the streets, looking for blacks to shout the N word at. He finds one, and does his usual routine, asking the man if he's going to chimp out. The man steps away, then returns, swinging on Dalton multiple times. Dalton draws his gun and shoots the man. Why there are no clips of the shooting itself remains to be seen; this is a developing story. However, I do have audio of Dalton discussing the incident with the police as well as him being loaded onto a stretcher. Dalton managed to graze himself in the arm with a bullet during the shooting.

On April 30th, 2026, lolicon cuck grifter Chibi Reviews would make a Tweet whining about an artist VTuber named Mimi Yanagi getting arrested in the UK for possession of her own artwork. Now of course, your first instinct might be to assume that this is yet another example of the British state's totalitarian overreach and two-tiered justice where they harshly punish their own citizens for minor offences while turning a blind eye to Pakistani rape gangs. In fact, in his Xitter shitfit over this ordeal, Chibi even brings up this exact talking point when calling out the UK police.
However, if we look past the autistic seething of a cucked lolicon loser and take a closer look at this Mimi VTuber, you'll see that there's a bit more to it than just "hurr durr Yookay coppers bad innit". After a little investigation into the case, it was discovered that Mimi embodies every negative stereotype you can think of for VTubers. Mimi or Alexandra Williams (powerword: Jordan Williams) is a British NEET VTuber tranny. When Jordan is not seething on reddit about doing DIY castration and how he doesn't want to fuel the evil capitalist system by getting a job, he's also a furry femboy zoophile and has some of the most disgusting porn bookmarks on Pixiv imaginable (literally explicit references to child porn and pedophilia).
An important thing to ask though, is how does one come end up becoming a degenerate like Jordan? To answer this, we'll have to go a decade before he was ever "Mimi Yanagi."

Although not much, his Xitter and YouTube comments give a baseline understanding of who Jordan is. Digging further into his online history, we can truly see his transition from a Christian man to one of the most porn addicted depraved people on the planet, starting with the Godless place known as Reddit.
On his u/CalebWolfgang account he described himself as a "leftist of some sorts", bisexual, a "working class voter", critical of "business practises", advocate for minorities, and voted in "FAVOR of Brexit".
He also lists himself in 2017 as a 24 year old male who was going through depression with a family life. He says he has issues with his gender identity and wrote a long winded paragraph about his life (real) on r/depression with no comments.
He also talks about being a leftist and being suicidal from 16.
He also mentions that he was in a friendship with somebody. Her friends "started doxing me" and as a result had issues with women for years. Later, he admits he got revenge after emailing conversations to her parents. In this, she talks about her "fetishes for animals and underage boys". He says he got a "front-row seat for that shitshow, and it was GLORIOUS".
Before getting into his NebulaMink Reddit account he would make 2 years later, lets now take a look into what he was doing off of Reddit. Jordan's habit of commisioning artists did not start with his VTuber persona, but instead his dragon persona named "Nebula." (L) <- LOGS YOUR VIEW / (A)
Jordan would commision most of his furry art on FurAffinity, which he had 2 accounts on. , CalebWolfgang(A) and NebulaMink, the first of which was active between 2016-2020, and NebulaMink being active for an unknown amount of time as it was deleted.

Going back to Reddit, lets look into his NebulaMink account. Browsing it you'll see hundreds of posts about UK politics, mostly in r/LabourUK and r/transgenderUK, but he has other posts in subreddits like "r/TERFisafetish" and "r/GenderCynical". He really hates the Labour party, despite it being his most commented on subreddit.
In one of the most Reddit comments I've ever seen, he refutes Capitalism by making a comparison to Doctor Who.

The Arrest
Before getting into Jordan's arrest, we first need to discuss the laws in both the UK and the US when it comes to the drawings Jordan both consumed and helped produce. The short answer is that lolicon is very illegal in the United States, and the United Kingdom followed America by banning lolicon. Furthermore, there is a history of so called "free speech warriors" defending child porn, and therefore America's current law against lolicon is carefully written to be fully and explicitly consistent with the 1st amendment. The following section should not be taken as legally authoritative, since it is not written by a judge.

United States
In the USA there are three laws which ban sexually explicit images of children: 18 US Code 2252, 18 US Code 2252A, and 18 US Code 1466A. 2252 has a slightly higher proof requirement than 2252A, although it is the most commonly prosecuted of these three laws, at least in 2011 and 2012 per data from Project Safe Childhood in 2016.
We will, however, focus on 2252A and 1466A, since these were created for the purpose of prohibiting fictional child pornography. 2252A prohibits any child pornography as defined by 18 US Code 2256, which in brief is any photographic or "deep-fake" image of a minor, and although the child depicted must be an identifiable minor, since there is no requirement to prove the identity of the child, any sufficiently photorealistic depiction of a fake child will be prosecuted under this law.
1466A, on the other hand, prohibits any obscene and sexually explicit visual depiction of a minor in any medium whatsoever, including cartoons. Furthermore, it is not necessary that such obscene work depicts a real minor, as did some works of Shaddai Prejean, but it is sufficient if it appears to depict a minor. The penalty imposed by 1466A is identical to the penalty imposed by 2252A, which prohibits CSAM of real minors, and the United States Sentencing Commission assigns the same offense level to crimes against 2252, 2252A, and 1466A.
1466A and 2252A in their substantially present forms were created by the PROTECT Act of 2003, which was a renewal of the prior laws against child pornography, which had been struck down as unconstitutional due to poor wording causing potential infringements upon free speech. In that prior law, the Child Pornography Prevention Act of 1996, fictional child pornography was prohibited under 18 US Code 2252A. The reason why it is necessary to ban fictional child pornography is given in the findings report of that law. Although there are other reasons mentioned, the most important are the following, or in other words child pornography stimulates and strengthens the sexual appetites of pedophiles, creates and secures pedophiles in their perversions, and empowers pedophiles to more ably groom children.
Although this law only concerned images which are virtually indistinguishable from depictions of real minors, this deficiency was corrected by the later PROTECT Act along with the other deficiencies generally of CPPA 1996, which deficiencies caused it to be struck down as unconstitutional.
As said above, the 1996 law was struck down as unconstitutional due to deficiencies in its wording which rendered it an overreach with respect to restrictions on speech. This was instigated by the Free Speech Coalition in Ashcroft v. Free Speech Coalition under the pretense that the government has no authority to ban fictional child pornography. Due to the effects of this decision most child pornography was legal in practice for a period of about one year, as the findings for the PROTECT Act mention.
Furthermore, pedophiles were greatly emboldened by the legalization of child pornography, as is mentioned in H. Rept. 107-526.
Now, although the consequences of this decision were terrible in the short term, in the long term the decision was beneficial, since it led to the creation of a much superior law, the above mentioned PROTECT Act. This law is far superior both due to its increased scope, in which all obscene and sexually explicit child pornography is banned, whereas the prior law only banned photorealistic child pornography. Secondly, it is superior by more effectively ensuring the right to free speech than the prior law, which could be interpreted as banning protected speech. It does this by explicitly only banning obscene works.
The prior law banned all fictional child pornography regardless of whether it was obscene. In practice, there is no difference between these two laws, since there is no such thing as non-obscene child pornography, however the government is not willing to make such a claim since it does not pretend to be the authority on such matters. The same thing is stated by NCMEC in S. Rept. 108-2.
Some readers may be surprised at the mention of unprotected speech since it is a common misconception that the 1st amendment protects all speech, and, to borrow a phrase from a pedophile, that freedom of speech "exists to protect transgressive speech." In reality, the protection of speech guaranteed by the 1st amendment and other such free speech laws is meant to ensure the general right to the freedom of expression under the natural law and does not extend to all speech whatsoever, as is mentioned by Robertson v. Baldwin and Roth v. United States.
The current standard for obscenity used by the United States was defined in Miller v. California.
"Appeals to the prurient interest" means that it is likely to incite lust in its intended audience.
United Kingdom
Similarly to the United States, child porn is banned under two different statutes in the UK. The Protection of Children Act 1978 Section 1 bans indecent photographs and pseudo-photographs (deep-fakes) of real children, and the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 Section 62 bans obscene and pornographic images of children. The material banned by the latter is substantially identical to 18 US Code 1466A, although the wording is different. There is a misconception about the UK law which ought to be clarified. Namely, it is commonly believed that the UK banned lolicon because they are anti-free speech. On the contrary, the UK banned lolicon in part because the United States had already banned lolicon, as the Home Office says in its Consultation on Possession of Non-Photographic Visual Depictions of Child Sexual Abuse. Therefore, there is no intrinsic attack on free speech present in this law.
Furthermore, they gave sufficient consideration of the right to free speech when formulating this law, since the UK does guarantee the right to free speech in their laws, although this right is in a sorry state in their country.
Presuming that Jordan is only charged under the Coroners and Justice Act 2009, he faces up to 3 years in prison per count, which is less than the statutory maximum of 5 years for possession of CSAM in the UK, since unlike the United States, possession of obscene materials is a lesser offense with a lesser punishment compared to possession of CSAM. For context of this next post, a person made a Reddit account to post about his wife supposedly being arrested for chibi drawings she made 10 years ago, many claimed this to be Jordan, however that is not true. This account was banned shortly after this post was made. (L) / (A)
A VTuber used this Reddit post which provides no proof, and conflated this post with Jordan's circumstances to say "someone got arrested over chibis and you all defend this shit." (L) / (A)
He went even further to correct "misinfo", stating that "[he] never drew anything," however he still commisioned artists to make this beastiality content with his underage character. (L) / (A)
You might notice that last talking point, saying that all porn is obscene, and that you can get arrested for it in the UK.

Someone ("K") gave me $6000 to fix our videos with. So, now when you upload a video it will enter a queue for processing. When it finishes, your video will get the "Kiwi Tube" player as above. This should also help with issues where videos people upload don't work on certain browsers or devices. Now, everything should work.
The system supports multiple codecs. Right now: 360p H.264, 480p H.264, 720p H.264, and 1080p AV1. It encodes in 360p and AAC as immediately as possible, and will work its way up in the queue to 1080p AV1 with OPUS. While it is queue, you will have the option to play the original video with your browser's player.
I have also tinkered with uploading and today successfully uploaded a 1.21GB copy of the Matt Jarbo boulder stream. It processed correctly and I was able to scrub through 6 hours of it without issue or significant buffering.
