I like how Chris decided to sit on his ass and play vidya for hours after making his begging video.

"Score over 4000 points in the Candy Cake Gumdrop Land video game."

Now, if only he could score real-world money at a job instead of trophy points on the PS4.

I'd gladly give him a few bucks, but given what he has said about our democratically-elected president, I would be afraid the FBI and CIA would come after me for supporting terrorism.

I agree, I seriously doubt this is for mortgage or Chris would have sucked it up and started asking for someone to commission him for more Sonichu.

I don't know. I think there is a kernel of truth in it, in the sense that he has a mortage payment which is a decent-sized annoying bill for him and Barb.

What is more likely to be exaggerated is how screwed he is without it. Very likely it just means he has to cut back on his spending on relatively unnnecessary items in order to pay for bills and necessities. Chris describes that situation as needing money for a mortgage.

hahahaahah.....

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHA!

That seems logical. Damn. I really hoped he had to make a fucking exodus to Gamestop to get it ASAP.

So did he have to wait till Saturday to buy the game? That must have been painful. One whole extra 24 hours to wait.

I'm just speculating that there's a special price on thanksgiving for one or more toys that he mentioned on his wishlist recently.

How about no? I know what fatboy will spend his money on and I highly doubt it's anything to do with the house.

Charb paid their property tax of $616.52 today.

Of course, Chris has also spent over $1,500 on toys this year:

$425 on a single Lego set
$500 on a PS4 and several hundred on games for it
$500 on Transformers
$90 on the waifu Naru
$120 on Skylanders

...and those are just what's known.

There's also Barb's financial issues. It'll be their own damn fault if they can't pay the mortgage company.
so what ur saying is he spend the money he got from doing the requests on more useless stuff lol awesome yeah i was thinking like no mortgage the hell u got loads of money with that requests thing he done lately

Part of me wants to chip in and help with his mortgage problem. But then common sense sets in and realizes that he'll have to make sacrifices his autistic mind won't permit him to do.
its kinda like this if u pitch in hes gonna spend it on toys again anyways the mortgage is payed now so i wouldnt if i were you

you are a sucker if you give chris money. yes, even after his house burned down you are a fucking moron for giving him money

This is how I've felt about the situation...mostly. I didn't begrudge anyone who wanted to be genuinely charitable towards the Chandlers when their house burnt down, particularly people who sent necessities instead of just money and gift cards But I personally felt it was their own damn fault for allowing the house to fall into such a hazardous state, so I didn't donate anything because I personally felt they didn't deserve it. However, now that they're back in 14 Branchland Court and well on the way to living in another fire trap, I feel that anyone who gives Chris money or bought his stupid tards and crafts are just stupid as he is. They got themselves into this mess on their own and they damn sure don't deserve any help getting out of it.

Chris doesn't have a mortgage payment, Barb does. And she got the mortgage only so she could buy more worthless shit in a vain attempt at filling the emptiness in her soul. The house was paid off free and clear when Bob croaked, but she couldn't stop her hoarding habits and now she's close to being out on her ass in the cold along with her cross dressing Mongo son. She knew what she was getting into by taking out that mortgage. She knew she would have to make payments or she would risk losing the house. Neither person in that household has any right to be bitching about mortgage payments and debt collectors when the whole situation is their own fault and they willingly entered into these contracts. I have zero sympathy for them.

Chris said $115k a few months ago. The monthly payment would depend on how Barb borrowed, but could range from several hundred to over $1000 per month.

Just to specify at little more, I did the math a couple months ago based on a $115k mortgage, but at the time we didn't know if his taxes and insurance were included in the payment. Since we now know from this thread that they're paying the property taxes themselves, I'd say it's unlikely that the insurance is included.
There are still a few question marks, like whether this is a 30 year loan or a 15 year loan, and what kind of interest rate they got. But based on what we know today, I would say the most likely answer is that the mortgage payment is between $500-$700. It could be up to a thousand, but that would mean a high interest rate on a 15 year loan. It doesn't seem very likely.

EDIT: Then again, sticking Chris with a short loan and a terrible interest rate does kind of sound like classic Barb, doesn't it?

I'm just speculating that there's a special price on thanksgiving for one or more toys that he mentioned on his wishlist recently.
This is all speculation on my part, but according to what I've seen online Toys R Us, Target, and Bigbadtoystore (a good chunk of his wishlist is linked from this store) are having Black Friday deals on Transformers. Toys R Us has Skylanders on sale Black Friday as well. I didn't check the specific toys but I'm thinking this is why Chris is whining about the morgage payment. He probably saved that chunk of his tugboat to get most of his wishlist this coming weekend. Barb likes to spring shit on him at the last minute apparently.
