It kind of bothers me that a plot of valuable land almost the size of my entire block is wasted in housing this sack of meat and his dreaded mummy of a mother, none of which seem to leave their rooms like ever.

I truly think this is the case. He gives the impression of him thinking the mortgage being a inconvience rather than a real problem. With all the information posted on the forum it's almost certain he has a generous disposable income. What he does atm is simply being greedy.

Incorrect. The last Deed of Trust was in April 2009 for $130K and if it was in 2009 then it was done by Bob. If they do truly still owe $115K that would be quite pathetic and would explain why the mortgage company is barking up their ass about it. I didnt shill out 80 bucks for a title search so I dont know how much they owe.

I think "non-ironic" is the key word. There have been thousands of people who have gotten a kick out of reading Sonichu over the years. Almost all of them enjoyed it to laugh at it but it was often genuine enjoyment. A lot of these people never fucked with Chris in any way. So I think calling them trolls and not fans isn't quite accurate.

But it is definitely fair to call them ironic fans. And Chris does have a history of insisting people appreciate Sonichu in the "right way".

There's also Barb's financial issues. It'll be their own damn fault if they can't pay the mortgage company.

Has it been confirmed yet that Barb took out a mortgage to make improvements on the house past what insurance would pay for after the fire? If they had a mortgage from home purchase the is almost no reason for property tax to not be included in the mortgage. Unless the house was paid off and this is a "second" mortgage.
It would also explain all the shit they got from the insurance company about the rental house, insurance shouldn't have to pay for more months house rent is the reason they aren't moving back is because of unrelated construction.

She probably didn't even need to give one. Mortgages are adult things that adults have. Barb is an adult so she obviously has those darn pesky mortgages. I'm sure Chris never even thought twice about it because I'm sure he doesn't understand what it is.

If Barb files for Chapter 7 bankruptcy before she kicks the bucket, would that prevent her creditors from throwing Chris out and seizing the house?
 
If lazy-ass Chris were serious about needing $10 NOWNOWNOW, he could simply roll up some hoarded spare change or collect bottles in the park and return them. But … oh … that means less vidya and facebook time :o:'(

Chris doesn't need $10.

From his perspective, he "needs" way more than $10, but $10 is the minimum that his sloppiness will deign to accept. Also he's trying to head off the weens who are sending him pennies. That won't WORK, obviously, but Chris is stupid and naive enough to try.

From the perspective of a normal human being, it's also unlikely that Chris needs $10. As Marvin has pointed out repeatedly, Chris begs for money whether he needs it or not. Barb told him the mortgage meanies said he can't have a second q-sand, so Chris is making a video to let us know that his world is ending unless we send him $10.

I can see a very angry and miserable Chris roaming some stores during Boxing day and attacking some poor sap out of frustration and unsated greed for spending another lame and loney Christmas.

Especially if said poor sap is seen purchasing some game or toy Chris wanted.
