Go look at kinggoken's chat logs during the Nioh 2 stream yesterday. His reaction to someone asking about Sidella and Rumpel's bans pretty much confirms these leaks are real.

I'm not a doubter when it comes to this saga, but it's quite annoying that some of the recent evidence seems to theoretically fake-able. Screenshots are weak evidence on the internet at large, although cows tend to be leaky so people won't bother faking them.

In my honest opinion, it's a mountain of evidence, with the mere existence of the Whale account with his name being damning enough to start with, BUT KIWIS WERE PWNED ONCE so all proof is fake.

Its just one more for the pile. Yeah theoretically one could fake these images and in this case it might even be easy. But given everything we know like the convos probably are authentic and you'd have to have someone who is a genuine leaker and is willing to take the additional trouble to manipulate the image even if its just a small amount of trouble and they've covered their tracks well enough that theres no discrepancy we can notice Ockham's Razor cuts in one direction. And you pile in on to all the other stuff that could theoretically be faked too but we haven't found a discrepancy yet. All these things this one alleged faker or several fakers have kept everything internally consistent and haven't made a mistake that has been detected yet

Rumpel is on a non-rumple named account these days. If they found out who he was, he'd get insta banned,

Obviously anything is fakeable. But come on. 100 separate pieces of evidence from 100 different sources. Occam's razor really does suggest we accept any leak is legitimate unless proven otherwise at this point.

I challenge anyone to name a single false leak in the past 24 months. Even the escort saga, the most "false" one - was 80% true!

Skepeticism is important - but if the overwhelming evidence is against your point, you're no longer a skeptic - you are a a conspiracy theorist.
 
Don't know about you, but I'm still waiting on someone to claim these discord PMs were made in Macromedia Flash

Let's say the conversation is real, the messages are real, the mod's avatars are real, the dates are real, however just DSP's avatar and # was modified, which is the thing that links him with the gacha-addict. This is a problem.

Second problem, do people realize you can have different Discord accounts? I do have, so I know it can be done. Now why would DSP have the same account for his mod-chat, and his supposed gacha-Discord room.

I know people here take him for an idiot, but this is ridiculous. He just needs a different Discord account for different purposes. Can someone explain this with other than "he's an idiot".

You would expect him to call attention to the images if they were manipulated. So I guess this practically cinches it. Unless you want to go devil's advocate and claim that he's talking out of his ass without seeing the photos , didn't notice it or he's ignoring it for some bizarre reason.

Speaking only to the second point because I know fuck all about Discord. DSP is unbelievably lazy with a huge ego. Not only is setting up and remembering two accounts too much "work," but I'm sure he believed he was too smart and too careful to ever get caught. It possible to be a fake, of course, but I would be more shocked at him putting in the effort to have two Discord accounts. He's just so busy dood

not sure what else ppl want to prove it's him

I know ppl are being autistically cautious, but one thing noone has mentioned is motive, not that i've seen heavily discussed anyway

why was it leaked, ppl have said drsfagsta was de-modded but I haven't seen why that happened yet, maybe I missed it?

was it leaked out of revenge? guy got de-modded, and after hours of time modding for an asshole they decide to go rogue cause they felt unappreciated

was it leaked out of spite, seeing a scammer cry wolf and decided to expose it?

did the leak have anything to do with linking DSP to the wwe champions player or was that a side effect?
 
I'm 100% in now. We have 2 mods pretty much admitting there is an actual Mod discord, and the numbers match up.

Also, I have yet to see DSP ever have actually denied that account is his. In every instance he addresses it (that I've seen) he says simply it is "ridiculous", "absurd".

Well... he's lazy. He's arrogant. He's sloppy. And there's the possibility that he wasn't planning to whale this hard when he started the game, so, at that time, there wasn't a reason to hide his account. If we take his statements even broadly, he was planning to give it up when Kat moved in. Had he done that, there wouldn't have been enough to catch our attention. Further, he may not have realized how easy it was to find him, given that it isn't for other mobile games we suspect he whaled for. Certainly, nobody was looking for this until one person found it, probably a year after he picked up the game. I think there are some decent reasons why he would use this name, which are then underscored by his stupidity.

But, this is a good point about the faking. So let's assume this is what happened; someone edited the HTML. If that's the case, there are really only 2 scenarios.

1. This person managed to put together a conversation that has some acknowledgement of the different personalities of Phil's mods and make them believable, albeit in very small tidbits, and then craft responses that sound unmistakably like Phil, including some hot pignosis about he foreclosure that hasn't debut on stream yet. They also had to have knowledge of two scenarios that we didn't really have previous knowledge of, particularly Rumple's chargebacks, and have been following us to know that we speculate that Phil has a mod Discord, despite that never being mentioned on his streams. That's some pretty serious shit, and it suggests that Rumple is probably the number one suspect in this case.

2. This is actually someone that had access to Phil's modchat and gave us accurate dialogue and just doctored Phil's name and image to fit. If that's the case, he hasn't just got a rogue mod, he's got a mod that's pulling off a massive troll, and, worst of all, has given $40k to a money pit that isn't Phil. I... would actually be pretty content if this was the case. This would trigger an unprecedented meltdown.

Anyway, while the HTML editing is totally plausible, and thanks for looking into that so we know, the all-important khantext still makes it seem less likely than these being authentic.

I guess that was him indirectly trying to deny it
