The text analysis here is worthless, one because it's ineffective, DSP's vocabulary and choice of words can be easily replicated, and two, because the main issue seems to be about if the Discord profile and number was faked or not, not the text.

So I would propose something, let's see if someone else agrees with this or you can correct me if it's useless: @actually , can you ask them to provide an actual video, them holding the camera at the screen, like the Rumplestiltzkinz screenshots but in video, that shows the moderators chat and TheyCallMeDSP's avatar and #, then refresh the page/toggle between them several times so that any possible inspected element resets?

They asked for privacy, but since their objective if they're not lying seems to be proving that DSP is really the TCMDSP gacha addict, doing this should be the final step. They cannot provide better evidence, so possibly exposing themselves by taking this video should not matter at that point.
This is a "big" thing, and betraying anyone/DSP's trust like that demands this type of evidence, I cannot believe they would go so far for a simple screenshot.

A video would be nice, but the source has indicated that we're unlikely to get more. As for the screenshots, I would point out that multiple screenshots were produced fairly rapidly and that the one talking about Rumpelstiltskinz doing chargebacks was validated by Rumpel himself providing screenshots of the refunds that were not, to my knowledge, already public.

I would also point out that Phil obliquely referenced the leaks last night as "nonsense" just like he did with the bankruptcy and foreclosure. If they were fake, he would be crowing from the highest mountain top about how the detractors got fooled yet again.

If a video is produced, I will post it up, but I wouldn't hold my breath. If you're still sceptical, that's fine.

Edit to add a little more: the alternative here is that someone spent upwards of $40,000 in a game that Phil happened to play (in addition to Marvel: Future Fight, where a "TheyCallMeDSP" account was also whaled out), Phil happened to end up filing for bankruptcy anyway, having spent $131,000+ on credit card on....????, and that this account was then found right around the same time Phil was filing for bankruptcy. My point is that even without the mod discord leaks, there's plenty of evidence already. This is just another cherry on top at this point.

Are you referring to the text analysis on the last few pages exclusively? I would agree with you there - misspelling 'the' and using the 'bc' abbreviation are not smoking guns. However, back in January, people have ran software that analyzes text patterns on the leaked WWE discord posts and DSP's own twitter and twitch pigsqueals. The results are pretty damning.

You could bring in an expert witness to testify to that, and one of those YouTubers would be fine. It doesn't mean a Ph.D. or some genius in the field necessarily, just someone who knows something about the subject that a normal jury wouldn't, to the point that their testimony would be informative. For that matter, DSP himself would qualify as an expert on what he does (but would be a biased witness).

That is more than fine, at this point I'm not trying to convince anyone, and I'm also taking into consideration what you say in your edit. I'll just add that for this new piece of "evidence", you don't need a whole lot of time or knowledge on how to falsify the elements in the screenshot.

Just messing around, I tried to recreate the conversation in the moderator chat via inspect elements in my own Discord, this is not Photoshop. (Changed a bit of the text, edited the colour to match with the leaks, and inverted straightcashhomie and Anony's avatars to test it).
Obviously the resolution is different than your source, but if I were them with the comments already posted, it would literally take me less than 20 seconds to change DSP's avatar and #.

Could you do it as readily on a phone?

Edit: can you even use the web discord on a phone? I just went to discordapp.com and it didn't have an option that I could see. Admittedly, I didn't look too hard.

I have not tested it with a phone, because first of all, inspect elements lets you have a "phone" view, that lets you see the page as if you were on such device.

And second, I have not experimented with it enough to give you an answer on how much would that take, but in theory they would just need to edit the 4 digits in the #, and one or two copy-paste to change the image. Doing that takes no time.

They would have to make sure they don't screw up the image, but that's easy if you have it already prepared. And again, this is just a possibility.

What's the point in recording a video of the leaker's monitor? It might be enough to satisfy you but the next guy could come up with another theory explaining how the video might have been fabricated. Let's say we get moderators to corroborate the logs. Someone could show up and claim they're lying. Let's say Discord for whatever reason confirms that the account used in the mod chat is the same as the one in the Uselessness discord. Someone could argue that a hacker used a remote desktop manager to log into Discord from Phil's device.

After months of autism there is still not a single piece of evidence pointing to this not being Phil and from this point on the demands from skeptics for additional proof are only going to become more absurd.

Don't forget, there supposedly are two seperate people involved here. It's not just Phil that could prove us wrong. There exists another person that could do the same. How hard could it be for this Discord DSP (that totally isn't Phil) to take 10 seconds out of his day to prove he isn't some pathetic internet beggar known for jacking off during a stream?

I believe all attemps to open the web version of Discord on mobile just reroutes you to download the app.

Edit: Also, you can't edit HTML on mobile, the tools to do so just aren't there.
