I agree and Phil is known in the WWE mobile community. It's not a stretch at all that someone in this fucked up community would pretend to be Phil in his super fucked up community like this. If it wasn't for the overwhelming proof we have that TheyCallMeDSP is Phil, I'd lean towards it being a troll.

Unfortunately, odds are it will never be confirmed if it's Phil. I highly doubt this comes up in his hearing. I don't think his Paypal and credit card spending will be public info. The best chance is if Phil stupidly shows his phone or some screen that proves it's him.

I know what you mean. I'm not really comfortable with saying that I'm sure that it is Phil.

It's just too absurd for me to think that a grown man in the process of declaring bankruptcy would spend money on a gacha game.

Tbh the best thing we can do is just have this documented and let things happen. Maybe one day this will be proven or disproven, who knows.

If it is someone who just took the name, they also type just like him, and have a massive gambling addiction and deep seeded desire to be good at video games and pay their way to doing so.

I can understand not wanting to believe it's Dave because of the lack of "smoking gun", but.... the sheer number of coincidences is too much to ignore. In the other events his leaderboard rankings were only going up when he wasn't on camera, i.e. during his bloated prestreams and half-hour breaks. The typing patterns are totally him (not just the boned part, the way he throws in lol at the end all the time), and it sure is a coincidence that for some reason he can't be whaling out on the game this month. Not to mention how defensive he gets over anyone bringing it up, although now he's just ignoring everything and banning anybody that dares to mention a game he's gone on record as playing.

The theory that it's some sort of troll/copycat using the name to make him look bad, doesn't hold water at all. Please remember that people have valued the status of that WWE Champions account being at a VIP level that would take over $40,000 to reach. That's WAY too much money and effort to go for the sake of making someone look bad. Even if I was a millionaire I wouldn't be dropping $40k on a mobile game just for the sake of roasting (??) some greasy snort machine in Washington.

This could be 12th dimensional trolling though, knowing that Phil would deny everything, the troll then denies everything thus making all of us sure that it's really Phil.

Maybe the troll is someone who absolutely hates Phil with every fiber of their being. And one day, something snapped. Was it the snorting? The throat clearing? The fact that he consistently lives beyond his means. Maybe it was the "I DID EVERYTHING CORRECT" attitude. Who knows what did it, but something pushed the troll over the edge.

The troll hatched a plan. Using what knowledge they gained from obsessing over Phil every day, they concocted a scheme involving Phil's two favorite things. Wrestling and money.

The troll then underwent extensive cosmetic surgery to take on Phil's appearance, including having a bald trench installed on their head. Then the troll acquired a time machine and used it to go back in time to March 8, 2016, where they murdered Phil and took his place and began spending about 800 bucks a month on WWE Champions.

It's either that or it's actually Phil.

I admit we can't say with 100% certainty it is Phil. For me, the biggest indicators that make me close to 100%, aside from the stuff already covered, is the fact that the account existed for a fairly long time before being discovered. In comparison to the escort saga, the troll had to come to us with the fabricated evidence and was the one consistently making up stories, then backtracking whenever they were called out, or promising to release information and then ultimately failing to do that. With this, we've pretty much stumbled upon everything ourselves. The OP hasn't been dangling stories or withholding evidence or anything like that.

The other thing is the interest level. I think some other people rightly pointed this out during the escort saga days, but Phil doesn't ever seem particularly interested in sex. If Leanna's account is anything to go by, he has an incredibly low libido. But, with this, we know Phil is not only super into wrestling, but he's into addictive mobile games, and has seemingly whaled for some of them before to at least some extent.
