It does seem insane to be on the brink of ruin for years and continue to blow money on mobile games, but we've all seen athletes and singers make many times what Phil does and end up broke. This is a strange addiction, but then maybe not so strange when it combines two of the few things Phil enjoys. Now he continues to play because he thinks bankruptcy is a do-over. That's why examining "Phil logic" just makes your head hurt. There is no logic; just everyone is out to get him and we're all idiots.

Ive been getting caught up with the debate between the It’s Philip camp and the Remain Skeptical camp. Between the two I’m still on the fence. I think there’s ample evidence this is Philip, but I also understand the importance of remaining skeptical in light of what we’ve seen here in regards to Kimberly Brink. One of the big questions surrounding Philip is where does the money go? People here have speculated he’s blown it on needless, expensive shit and he’s been hoarding it in his house. This is why he no longer does house tours. But you can only buy so many large screen TV’s. Others have speculated he has been saving the money and putting it away in some retirement nest egg while crying poor. Though it’s possible he could be trying to hide an account with all this money stowed away, the bankruptcy makes this less likely (at least I would think). The WWE Champions game gives us an answer to that question dumber and more autistic than we could have imagined, he’s blown it all on pixelated, latex-clad beefcake. It’s a puzzle piece that seems to fit a hole in the Philip Burnell picture.
It’s very important to remember the “escort”, Kimberly Brink, had an internet footprint that went back a decade. The choice we were left with here is either Philip had flown out a Dutch prostitute to give him the weekend girlfriend experience or someone had created a fake persona, complete with their own website and twitter account, and had used it to catfish lonely men all over the world only to decide to use said account to troll Philip and us. To a number of people at the time, myself included, it just seemed too far fetched that an old, active catfishing account would suddenly and seemingly randomly start trolling Philip. But here we are. With this in mind, it cannot be ruled out that someone created a WWE Champions account named TheyCallMeDSP and spent +$40,000 either by complete coincidence not knowing who Philip is, or in order to intentionally troll us or him. Until we have the receipts, anything is possible.

While I agree this is 100% unaltered authentic RAW Phil, the escort saga is still lurking in the darkness. It would be an enormous fail for detractors, the biggest autistic mistake, the biggest win in Phil's history ever, if either "Not Phil" or Phil could proof without a doubt that it's not him. We would have to rethink our own lifes I assume. So wouldn't it be hilarious PHIL WHO READS THE FARMS if you proof us wrong? Ignoring moving goalposts, a sincere attempt is enough. If it's REALLY not you then you have nothing to fear. However, your standard of proof is saying "Uuuh, no, you're an idiot", this is not enough, it was never enough, there isn't even an attempt to score a point in our goal, you aren't even participating in the same game.
For "Not Phil" it's easy. Take 5 minutes of your time, explain where your name comes from. Even better: Get in a small voicecall, say hi and have a little talk. Not Phil could help Real Phil real good. Unfortunately he also just prefers to say No, You're An Idiot lol. Isn't that curious.
Note: No we wouldn't look dumb when everything points to Real Phil as the account holder. We just follow the path.

What has convinced me is him not going after an alleged nobody for basically 'brand' stealing. I mean.........we see how much it hurts his ass when even the slightest criticism about him is made. I can't imagine him letting a poser run around using his moniker.

The fact that Phil is terrible at proving anything or of innocents is the tough part.
From the years watching him, he always failed to show any proof of innocents on his part because he half asses it by: Briefly flashing a manila folder with a single piece of what looks like blank paper, his phone screen that's just a bright light to his shitty camera quality, or a screencap of some generic message from a successful chargeback(IIRC).
That escort saga sure yeah that was autistic and a failed part of trying to catch Phil, but it's about all the half truths. Escort no, but he was flyin a bitch out to him either way so if you look at it from that point of view, we weren't entirely wrong. He was simply covering up or hoping others wouldn't pay attention to that part so when someone gets one small detail off, it means the whole thing is a bust.
Yet he can simply just flash a piece of paper or show his phone half ass with no proof of proof and that means he's free to go. So it just makes people question it more. There are half truths to a lot of his doings but since the world turns into Phoenix Wright when he feels like people are catching on to him, then everything somehow turns into court room rules for him.

One big piece of evidence that I am certain it's Phil is the fact that the account hasn't sperged out for attention on the discord. If this was a troll, they would have all eyes on them to perform the troll reveal and so far nothing.
Why spend $40k with DSP's twitter handle as a troll and you do nothing when the attention is on you? That is not how a true w e e n would act.
Additionally, if this was a troll, they would be mocking the more obvious text patterns of DSP (i.e. capitalizing random words), but this is not the case. DSP text patterns are all throughout the discord messages, but they are subtle.

The only reason people realized it was bullshit was because of things like the strapon and attempted blackmailing and the general level of LOOK AT ME without definitive proof from them.
In this case, all we have is an account called the same name as all of Phil's accounts playing the game we know Phil plays, spending money like we know Phil does.
There's no 'gotcha' here, so I lean heavily towards it being Phil. Besides which even the most dedicated copycat wouldnt type to 99% accuracy of Phil for months or however far back the discord goes, especially all the messages before they could have possibly known someone was paying attention.
Not only that, you can't JUST spend money. Even on a game as simple as this one you do have to PLAY it to rank well. So someone would have to dedicate tons of time and also effort to maintain the accounts rankings.

If I were to pretend my real name was Donald S. Pierpont and set up a "TheyCallMeDSP" account username somewhere, I believe no more than two days would pass before someone said "You are even more of an ass than I thought you would be" which would make me realize that a reasonably famous guy was using that handle. I don't believe someone could possibly have that account name for more than a week before they'd be aware of the "the streamer DSP who I have never heard of."

Also, to finish where TheyCallMeDSP does is in events is not just playing, it requires many hours of grinding in a day. Seeing that this account always logs in after streams is damning, because it's not possible to fit in the 10+ hours in a day of playing otherwise. If some dude is perfectly calibrating every hour of his day to act like he's Phil, that's unforeseen levels of autism.

To be fair, if it's a troll account the owner would do exactly that in order to further mislead people. He would pay close attention to Phil's stream times and be active accordingly. Yes, it would be an incredibly dedicated troll, but we already know that from how much money is involved. So if it's a troll account and they are putting all this money into the game, it's not a big leap to assume they'd also be crazy enough to match Phil's schedule.

Don't know if this belongs here but watching reeeestream from a few days ago and he was asked about if he was playing Raid.
His response was "Whats that?" and then did a loud fake laugh before responding with a no. Maybe it's just Phill being autistic, but found it a really weird response.

It's because everyone who's ever played a mobile game a single time in the last year has been bombarded by ads for it. Although Dark does strike me as someone who would pay to skip ads, I'm sure he's very familiar. Also, someone recently made a troll video with him plugging Raid.

It's really not that hard to believe. He's a narcissist and every time he's had a little bit of adversity someone has always been there to bail him out and paypigs have shown up to throw thousands of dollars at him.
When bad behavior is constantly rewarded, you create a situation where bad behavior is allowed to continue. Not only that, but bad behavior becomes habitual since it's always being rewarded.
You see this dynamic alot, especially with dysfunctional families where there is a scapegoat child and a golden child. One child learns that if she yells loud enough or for long enough then eventually she will always get her way because everyone will do it just to get her to shut up. Because it's "the easiest" short term, long-term behavior patterns form. If there is a scapegoat child, that scapegoat child will be taught to "stop upsetting her sister", so the golden child's needs always take priority over everyone else's needs or else everyone will have to hear the golden child start yelling again. Nobody is brave enough to break the cycle by telling the golden child to "shut the fuck up", usually because they are also using the scapegoat child as a source for everything bad in their lives and/or a bullet shield.
DSP is the golden child in this scenario and the trolls/detractors are the scapegoat child. That's why no matter how much evidence is collected by the scapegoat, the scapegoat will be in the wrong for upsetting the golden child. There's no concept of right or wrong; there's just making sure that the golden child is never upset no matter what. If the scapegoat has to sacrifice everything he/she wants to make the golden child happy, then so be it.
Or maybe I've just read way too many psychology articles lately.

If it was a troll they'd be trying to drop hints on the discord to convince us they were Phil and draw attention to themselves. Plus as already mentioned their whole plan was to act like Phil for months on end in the hope someone would eventually stumble across it.
