So the hundreds/thousands of dollars he was spending per month on wwe champions in his free time as a hobby 100% separate from his business related streams should show up under entertainment or something like that on his bankruptcy forms, correct?

don't forget that he posted screenshots of parts of the Downfromtherafters account name this week. Could anything be done with this to prove he still has his account?

Nah, this pic could be from any previous picture posted here.

The account was still logged in every day and spent the usual ammount of money so im pretty sure he still has it.

It's a typical Phil lie. On it's face it may answer the current question, but all it does is open him up to more questions. He either spent thousands of dollars on the DownFromTheRafters account to give it value, or he spent nothing and his account would be worthless, so why go through the effort of selling it at all?

This is why he always admits shit on his stream, rather than when outright asked. He needs to give himself (apparently) years to come up with an unconvincing lie for the pretty easy follow-up questions.
Its way more straightforward and stupid than this. He admitted to spending a lot on that account, this lie isnt to hide that basic fact, he just wants people to think he sold the account so we think he isnt still whaling out in the game.

This is just the same exact bullshit excuse hes always done, "yeah I did that in the past, but now I've changed!" "yeah I used to whale out and spend alot on this game on that account, but not anymore! I dont even have the account!"

Hope this isn't the end of his WWE Champions streams. Loved watching him feigning surprise at the gacha elements and pretending not to have played in years while clearly having advanced knowledge of the entire game.

archive:

"This game has been around for 7 years. Do you know how long it would take for an account that just started to try to catch up with an account that I played for 7 years?"

This is still an admission of having spent an absolute minimum of 40000$ due to how the VIP system works.

Which means that his "detractors say that I've spent thousands and thousands of dollars in this... it's bullshit" is a blatant lie now proven by his own words.

When it comes to the "I sold the account" lie, I think it's interesting to speculate about the character and psychology of the potential buyer. Because, not only does it have to be a person who spends as excessively as Phil, they also never lose interest. So it's gotta be a huge WWE + gacha mega fan.

In my mind, the person who splurges on such an account is the kind of person who wants shortcuts and probably doesn't have a long term interest. More money than "passion" (if you can have true passion for gacha), looking for a quick diversion and instant gratification. Speaking in probabilities, I find it very extremely unlikely that the account would still be active today - never mind, super active.

What makes this even more potentially damaging is that when you create these gacha accounts, you bind it to a personal email or Facebook ect. When you sell a gacha account the buyer usually (especially when it’s a lot of money) will require whatever the account is bound to as well so that it cannot be recovered.

People who play gachas strictly to sell accounts usually use a burner email so that way the buyer doesn’t get any personal information. I would imagine DSP wouldnt feel the need to use a burner email as he probably never planned on selling it. Which would mean that the buyer would have all of his personal emails. It’s hard to believe that he would allow this.
What would surprise me is that, when the new whale spends money for the first time after buying the account, the name on the credit card/paypal account/whatever won't match the original buyer/account holder, and a giant red flag could be found from that, causing the account to be locked/suspended immediately. Are there no checks for past/future in-game purchases by name?

He is going to back out that Joon interview, I just listened to WPIGs restream and how is night 3 even worse than night 2 which was even more worse than night 1. The Jasper part was honestly disgusting because this fucker knows his audience are handicapped so he gleefully took $1000 from a vulnerable person with a smile. I was watching his stream chat too and he was being annihilated there were a lot of pissed people but it also revealed his whale(s) has been switching accounts. Tips were very slow this stream too.

Actually I think you can get some good proof out of those screenshots. As we now know, Phil got a new phone, specifically a Samsung Galaxy S24 / S23 Ultra. Which one of those doesn't really matter because they essentially have the same display with the same 501 PPI. Phil's old iPhone 6S had 326 PPI. All we would need is someone to take a screenshot on either of those devices of the main WWE Champions screen on a new Samsung Galaxy S24 / S23 Ultra, change your name to something like "DownFromTheDent" (Doesn't really matter, just needs to start with "DownFromThe" and four more characters), then we try and line it up with what Phil posted. It doesn't take anytime to get to that screen, just skip the tutorial and change your name. Also, Samsung phones take screenshots as a JPEG while iPhones take screenshots as a PNG. The more you know.

Of course, Phil could try and weasel his way out of this evidence with more lies.

So he sold his old account that he spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on years ago AND THEN IMMEDIATELY OPENED ANOTHER ACCOUNT that he still uses to this day!

He did not think his lie through.

I also remember years ago, someone on youtube or the farms searched for how much these gatcha accounts go for & even the top 10 of their respective rankings go for a few dollars. There is no demand for them.

Again he didn't think his lie through & also didn't do any research on how much these accounts sell for.

so phil spent 250-300k on mobile game in the last decade? I can understand a 18 year old doing that but guy is 42????? when do you say enough is enough???wtf is wrong with his wife not to say anything????is it why pandalee left him????
lets do some basic math here.
most people that get lucky with easy internet money get it in their early 20s(crypto/online poker/youtube etc) with absolutely no reference or life experience on what to do with the money.
dsp started making internet money in his 30s and already had <<life experience>>.
had he just been just a little bit less reckless with his money and invested some. lets forget the statue and all money wasted.so we take the 250k he could have invested in the market sp/80 20 funds even scam mutual funds at 2% fees from banks, bought a small amount of btc in 2014 or so. he could easily have 750k-1m$ saved today with no effort and no real difference in his lifestyle beside wasting money on mobile games.
this is just mind blowing and I hope you read that phil...what is wrong with you man??? really.

you could have married panda lee,get her to work a 50k job a year, get her pregnant, have kids, have 1m in investment acc making you even more money, keep the condo in seatle, sell the box back home. have your 1 vacation a year, vlog it,make people jealous online of your lifestyle.
lose a little bit of fat, build some muscles. retire at 45.

man....

Him admitting all this finally doesn't mean much at the end of the day.

His bottomline is not taking a hit and if anything he is making more money now. This is admission of bankruptcy fraud but he should be free and clear of any repercussions from that at this point. This could be further proof of more tax fraud if he claimed his WWEC spending as business expense write offs, but we have no way to know that.

His dents will keep denting, he will keep spending, and not a damn thing will change. Someone ping me if the IRS ever gets off their asses and audits him.

Had to register to share. I occasionally check the DftR account activity here . On 8/24, the stupid Ghostbusters Hogan was the #1 card on Down from the Rafters' roster. A few days later, Phil changed top roster completely before all of the WWEC on-stream stuff. Just putting it out there, guy loves Ghostbusters and would know to any sharp-eyed detractor this is an obvious tell and more scrutiny was coming
Edit: The ghostbuster hogan is back. My theory is ruined don't know what to think now
