Judging by her declining health and mental state, she will probably be tossed into an old folks home on the government's dime before she dies.

She'll die in that house rather than do that.

This could easily be solved with a life estate so the house doesn't end up in probate.

This is what Bob should have done. Left the house to Chris with a life estate for Barb. That would have also front-loaded any taxes involved in transferring it because it wouldn't change name when Barb died.

Oh well.

Chris has claim to part, and is unlikely to sell or buyout Cole.

He won't have any choice. Any part owner of real property can order its sale and division in a partition sale.

I don't know the condition of the house, but I can't imagine its good. Her only caregiver is a mentally disabled transwomanmanchild who can't care for himself. A home check or home care post hospitalization wouldn't be in favor of her staying there.

That would be the way it would end up, but it would reduce proceeds from sale of the luxurious Chandler Estate. It might hurt Chris short term, but that would only enable him to get more donations. If retards will send Chris hundreds now while he neglects his mother and spends all day playing Legos, imagine what he would get as a homeless intersex lipstick-transbian who doesn't have anything.

I'm pretty confident Barb had never bothered to draw up a will for any reason and will die intestate. There's never been any other circumstance in which we've had reason to think she cares what happens after she dies.

Here's what I think is likely to happen:

With Barb out of the way, and the body possibly taken care of, he'll probably claim the house (assuming Barb hasn't drawn up a will stating otherwise) because he has no fucking clue what it takes to own even a small house. I really only know about property taxes where I live (taxes are astronomical where I live), but I can only assume that Ruckersville has property taxes that take up a good portion of the monthly tugboat, then there's water, electric, internet, and all sorts of other bills (credit card debt.)

I assume that instead of paying for the important things, like paying his debt down, or pay for water, electricity, etc. he'll buy toys and shit. If that's the case, then his internet will be cut off, his water and electric will be cutoff, his cell phone service will cease or collections will come and make him pay. Debt collectors for the credit card companies are also going to be paying him a visit. His mom probably takes care of the bills to some extent.

Houses, also, coincidentally take upkeep. Something is always breaking. A new toilet here, a dent in the wall there, some old faulty wiring. Lot of things go wrong. Chris probably is unaware that a house needs upkeep, or doesn't care.

The point is, he's going to run out of money quite fast. He'll either need to get a job, or find a significant other to mooch off of. The latter option will not happen, and even if it did, relationships require give and take. Chris doesn't understand that his "Sweetheart" will eventually throw him out for contributing nothing.

Conclusion: He's going to be out on the street, in jail/prison, or may rise above the odds an surprise us all

When Barb dies some poor soul would have to tackle the Hoard which, as we learned today, will include Christine's rotting body (identified only by a newly issued driver's license).

When Barb croaks it, she'll probably be going to hell. So she will probably wake up back in the chandler house to continue experiencing the nightmare
