Remember that the 90% of the videos we seen were recorded using PSEye from PS3 and lately PS4 I think. He never had a true computer as a gaming computer, for one reason or another he never had actively a modern PC
There was a computer in that freakish upstairs kitchen during the days of "Classic Chris", and Chris later got a laptop though.

Taking in care that Chris had the worst diet ever (When he was asking money specially for places like McDonalds) and he did zero excercise during his "free life" surely he has a lot of latent illness on him.
Have you ever really taken a look at Chris's body? He could fit into skinny jeans with his toothpick legs. It would look like a potato on top of tight jeans. His arms took, paired up with a pair of hands that look like the heaviest think he's carried is a can of Coke.

He certainly is quite the specimen for study. I wonder if that's what taking this long to "examine" him, because all the doctors are amazed by his grotesque physique

I don't wanna go full conspirative. But for other Internet cases i've heard about sometimes this kinda "odd" complexion/body tipe is caused by hormonal malfunctions. NOT ALWAYS but sometimes it is. When one's really fat the whole body is fat more or less equally; but when one's torso grows meanwhile the rest of the body not sometimes is caused by interference on meds/drugs/any health issue is causing hormonal malfunction.

For example in elderly people that body type is relatively common because of the age and many factors the hormones aren't the same that when those elderly people was in their 20's. Any other normal guy would visited seriously a doctor in that situation but Chris as we all know is different.

Hormones are a mechanism, that's how bodies work. It's like saying his body is unhealthy because he's unhealthy. Or he is mentally ill due to a chemical imbalance - correlation is not causation.

If we want to assume there is a physical problem with his hormone production, as opposed to his body finding equilibrium with his lifestyle, it could possibly be an adrenal disorder. How many of the following symptoms fit? I'm too lazy to find a side profile shot of him but I'd say the buffalo hump checks out. During the tomgal saga he had the pink moonface but that might be unrelated.

Symptoms of Cushing’s syndrome

Some of the symptoms include:

  • Weight gain around the abdomen, and obesity
  • Wasting of the limbs
  • A ‘buffalo’ hump of fat high on the back
  • Round, red and puffy-looking face (‘moon face’)
  • Thin skin, easily bruised, slow healing and ulcers
  • Muscular weakness
  • Thirst
  • Frequent urination
  • Headaches
  • High blood pressure
  • High white blood cell count, low serum potassium
  • High blood sugar (in 80 per cent of patients)
  • Mood swings, irritability, anxiety, depression
  • Impotence
  • Irregular menstrual periods or no menstrual periods
  • Increased facial hair in women
  • Weakened bones, susceptibility to bone fractures (especially in ribs and spine), osteoporosis and backache
  • Susceptibility to pneumonia and TB.

Why do you think Chris is going to trial?

I personally don't think a trial is likely to happen but it must be said: Chris's colossal ego and inability to shut his goddamn mouth will undoubtedly make David Heilberg's life a living, walking, waking nightmare. The only way I can see Chris accepting a plea deal is if he was given the maximum possible sentence for misdemeanour incest (1 year) with nearly all of that being time served. Even then, that plea deal would be predicated upon Chris pleading guilty. If there's one thing Chris has doubled down on since the incest fallout, it's the delusion that he did absolutely nothing wrong.

Here's the problem with Chris: he's constitutionally guaranteed the right to a trial. There's nothing that Heilberg can do to prevent Chris from exercising that right, even if it would be in Chris's best interest to avoid a trial period. If he feels like he's being forced to plead guilty to a "victimless" crime, he'll be defiant toward the bitter end until he gets his unwinnable jury trial.

He did the same with the Michael Snyder trial even while pleading guilty. The best Chris can hope for is anything where he isn't on the sex offender registry, because he's too much of a moron not to fuck that up and end up back in the can. He's probably too stupid to know that, though.

If the prosecution has any sense, they'll have built a case that doesn't require Barb to prove. If they have a confession that's pretty much the gold standard, so long as they treated him with kid gloves and didn't do anything that can be successfully portrayed as coercion to get a retard to confess to something he didn't do.

A confession with no other evidence (or at least evidence that a crime actually occurred) is easily beaten in court with a competent attorney. The only requirement would be for Chris to recant that confession. Yeah there are a bunch of black people who have gone to prison for bullshit confessions, but those also at least involved there being a dead body or a burgled merchant or a planted bag of cocaine to prove that a crime even took place.

Thus it hinges on proving that Barb's tomb was raided.

Pretty sure they can do that or they wouldn't have bothered bringing the charges after a medical examination of Barb. If the physical evidence wasn't consistent with the confession, why bother?

Oh I agree, it's very likely that they have something else. I'm just saying that confessions from unreliable narrators are not slam-dunk evidence when you have decent representation. The police love using confessions but they only work effortlessly when the defendant also has an overworked PD representing them. There's also been a lot of reform of this practice recently due to how many bad convictions were obtained this way.

Apparently members of the family have stepped in to assist Barb due to a major car accident on 24 Nov. I wonder how things will play out? Obviously Barb is in no state to be living independently and alone, and there is no fucking way they can be helping her without seeing the filthy, atrocious living conditions in 14BC. So the question is, what will they do with Barb? Force her to move in with them? Press for her to be placed in assisted living, possibly even going through the courts to do so? Clean the house for her despite her protests? Just ignore the condition of her house whenever they're visiting? Take her into the backyard and just "Ol' Yeller" the old girl?

I guess Chris needed to test Barb, otherwise he would have warned her with his future scrying abilities.
