He’s some flavor of Baptist isn’t he? They’re not that much fonder of Luther than the Pope and often don’t really see themselves as descendants of the Reformation, though I doubt goon’s in anything so strict a church as the “we’ve been the true church the whole time and had to practice in secret to hide from the eyes of Rome until a splinter group of Puritans were able to reveal the truth again” sects

The first story was very clearly about man before we became farmers. Seen from the eyes of a animal. As despite us not being particularly strong or big our endurance allowed us to become apex predators by exhausting mega fauna to death. Yet they speculate about what age the story took place and wendigoon picks one of the mega fauna that didn't go extinct beacuse of early man. Wild Buffalo.

They legit have poor reading comprehension and Wendi has a habit of getting lost in the sauce. It isn't the first story they do this, and it won't be the last.

Every time Mattis has appeared on my twitter, it's some flavor of sperging. Given the fact Wendi surrounds himself with both Mattis and Meat, and whatever horrifying group of people make up his staff, it's honestly pretty amazing the AI shit is the only real sperg out he's had.

I'd say it's his poor attempt at a Mr Ballen style narrative to set up whatever true crime he's gonna talk about and the way he gets overly emotionally invested in cases he has no connection to and, to my knowledge, zero hand in helping solve. The "look how edgy we are" youtube metal is just a cherry.

He's said before that he's waiting to be credited with solving/helping solved the case of the boy in the box and I'm 99% sure he's serious. I can't remember exactly what happened but I thought it was just bringing a renewed interest in the case but I could be wrong.

I always saw lore lodge as the smarter version of wendigoon and I think it's pretty telling that he doesn't whore out on endless slop podcasts and collabs like Wendigoon. I just wish he would shut the fuck up about Indian history, especially when they have nothing to do with what he's talking about

Is there anything interesting in Indian history compared to every other pagan group's history? It feels more like a forced meme that they were spiritual with unique stories.
 
It makes sense for a lot of the cryptids and shit since most of the legends are from the Indians, but this nigga will shove Indian history in ANYWHERE. In one of the smiley face killing videos he spent like 20 minutes talking about the history of the Indians in the region despite it having literally NOTHING to do with the smiley face killings. Would still rather watch than modern Wendigoon any day.
