I've been microdosing 350/200/400 T/Tren-A/EQ for the 8th week now, not sure, could be placebo, but I think it's helping my workouts.might sound super autistic, but:
has anyone done selftests like microdosing aspirin over a long amount of time?
or anything else, that benefited you surprisingly positive? especially in health/ workout terms
Ingesting aspirin daily has various benefits and just as many drawbacks- it's not some secret CEO immortality biohack though, I wouldn't do it unless you have a very good reason to.
Do not take this as a recommendation, do your own research, but this is what I personally have been taking for a while as my generalist stack, and not just intermittently: a standard multi, some extra vitamin D, taurine, carnitine, ubiquinol, creatine. That's it.
Good multis are absolutely essential. If you're not a medieval serf working the fields (or in certain seasons/certain parts of the world) you're likely vitamin D deficient without any supplementation so I'd throw in some of that as well on top of the multivitamins just in case, better to be safe than sorry.
Taurine likely is one of those things that mostly only has net positives going for it in terms of health implications, very cheap if money's a factor.
Creatine has been discussed fairly often here as well I think, it's a well proven compound with clear benefits, super cheap also.
Ubiquinol is excellent for cardiovascular health.
Carnitine is one I'd only recommend with a few caveats. It has REALLY bad oral bioavailability, meaning you'd have to ingest a lot of it, way more than what is recommended on most labels in order for it to realistically do anything. Another issue stemming from this is that when ingested orally it is apparently carcinogenic- not the compound itself, but a side product that becomes of it if you take it through the mouth. I'd only ever take carnitine in the form of pins, when injected the potentially cancer causing step is skipped completely if you have needle phobia I'd probably just not do this one.
There obviously is a lot of other stuff out there that may or may not work or may align more with your needs, these are just the stuff I personally found adequate reason to use.
