I vaguely recall somewhere him claiming that he was an avid powerlifter. Was/is he swole in those images?

I'm guessing the title is because of Veronica?
Seems some people in recent years has started to hate the DLC not beacuse of its "unfair" gameplay mechanics or focus on survivor horror, But beacuse one of the main players in the dlc happens to be lesbian and it focus on her relationship between her lover and the main villain of the dlc.

Hasn't Call of Duty basically been US Military propaganda since the first Modern Warfare?
They got pretty blatant around MW2, though that actually ended with you killing Americans. Black Ops 1/2 were pretty much CIA Glowniggers aren't very good people - the game.

By the time the remakes and shit rolled around though they became very obvious recruitment adds.

Yep episode pretty much just introduced Veronica and went through Dead Money. I find it kind of odd he chose to continue the NV story with the first DLC, when there's so much main game left, but I guess that's just what he wanted to cover this time. It pained me a bit that he left so much of that glorious gold on the table, but I suppose that fits with the pseudo "My characters shouldn't have that much meta knowledge" he seems to prefer to do.
My main takeaway was that you can play casino games in the Sierra Madre, which I never knew after all these years. No teaser for the upcoming review like there usually is, but it ends with a voice clip from Half Life, so maybe that's a clue. Not sure what it could be though doesn't seem to fit his style to just straight up do a narrative walk through of any of those games.

I'll give him credit for not taking the easy "Fallout 3's story sucks" jab when talking about the East Coast Brotherhood, considering his viewerbase he could've shat on the game and no one would've blinked.

Dead Money and Old World Blues are both DLC that would be hard to find a good place to put when you're trying to do a narrative along side the main quest line unlike Honest Hearts and Lonesome Road.

Interesting episode for someone like me who never played the DLC, I have to agree that "Needing to let go" is pretty much a truism that no one will argue you about it.

I have literally never seen it happen and I am pretty deep into the Fallout fandom. I am guessing people are making shit up so that poor LGBT people can forever stay as an oppressed class, even when New Vegas has some of their better representation in a game to date.

I mean, let's not kid ourselves. We have plenty of these "muh kultu war" faggots, who would SO lose their shit over a gay character in a game, even if they are well written.

That must be very recent because I have never heard of people hating either Veronica or Christine for being lesbians. I've heard of people hating Arcade for both being a homosexual as well as a moralfag with a stick up his ass, and I heard of people hating Veronica for...well, Felicia Day, but not over her being a lesbian.
Nobody "lost their shit" over New Vegas being "woke" because it is not a woke game. There is some recent revision of history if people are saying shit like this, probably the trannies within the fandom trying to make everything about them again.

I'd kinda blame that and the grifter assholes, who let's be real will take any minor thing and blow it out of proportions and because you have idiots who eat up their shit, they course blindly agree with it. So, ye this was kinda a recent thing, you are correct.

As a huge FNV fan and being there when the game was out, I have never ever seen people go "eeeewww, Veronica is a lesbo!" or shit like that.
People notice it and went "huh, that add flavor" and moved on.
There is nothing in FNV that is "woke".
Same with troons going "uwuw, FNV is real transcore game" which is just delusional.

A chud was upset at me for liking Dead Money in this very site!

Im not mad at @TVB and i respect his opinion (still disagree with him though) but opinions like that do exist in the fanbase.

"Fallout New Vegas has a lot of fag shit" isn't the same as "Veronica is a lesbian, eww!". Even with the likes of 4chan I have never seen people complain about that, but like I said Arcade isn't so lucky. Him being a judgmental asshole is one reason, homosexual men being looked down upon more in general being second.

It seems that people still don't understand what makes New Vegas such a special game, and in trying to interpret it, their niggercattle mindset hovers over the culture wars of today as this is the only thing they know. They can't even comprehend that this mindset didn't exist on any measurable scale when the game was released.

Tbf, having lesbians was always an easy point of insertion of woke. Only in recent years people started treating it as such (and even then it's a minority). I don't know if the Slav community is the same or not.

Not even the biggest right wing gamers I know complain about the faggots in Vegas, mostly because they're not in your face or terribly written.

Latest video felt kind of phoned in. He didn't talk much about God or Dean, characters he doesn't like, sure, but both have very interesting things to say about the world and the games that came prior.

The whole video felt kind of Reddit and joke-focused.

That's pretty much all of his videos. What saves them is his actual in-game knowledge, his little tidbits from Russian culture/RPG boomer scene or his humor. This is why his worst video I saw was Frontier one, since he didn't even play most of it and there is no useful information to really add to it, unless you were involved with the mod itself.
I haven't actually seen his New Vegas videos yet, I've been saving those for a rainy day, but I will be looking at the Nevada and Sonora videos again since I played thru the former recently. I really hope a good English translation for the latter releases soon, with the London controversy we could use a good total conversion mod right about now.

As a one-man Right Wing Death Squad myself, I had no issue with Arcade or Veronica back in the day or now. They are well-written characters who happen to be gay. People are people first, their demographics second, and NV was written when people still realised that was true. You can write about Arcade's personality without mentioning his sexuality, and even his own quest has nothing to do with it either. Compare that to, say, Damien from DA:I, whose only personality trait was "I'M GAY", and whose personal quest was "daddy doesn't like me because I'M GAY, DID I MENTION I'M GAY". I don't care what sexuality RPG characters are, I care how believable they are as people and how well-written they are. Yes, Arcade is a prissy goody two-shoes and that can be very irritating, but I've met people like Arcade (and found them irritating). He's believable and fits in the world, rather than being some smug dangerhair queer activist who somehow teleported into the post-apocalypse and didn't get shot by the first raider they tried to "educate" about Queer Theory.

It's clear he only did one play-through of Dead Money, and took probably the least interesting path in dealing with Dean. Given that the whole DLC is about 4 hours long he could have done a couple more and see some of the character moments from all the characters, which are the best things about it. Dead Money is mechanically frustrating - the FNV engine is simply not designed for survival horror. In fact if you want a survival horror experience from and RPG you have to bake that in from the beginning and the core mechanics must support it - think the Lisa series or Fear and Hunger. As he points out, whether you get a survival experience at all from DM depends on what build you take in and what level you are. I don't agree with him that it's not a horror experience, I think it has a uniquely desperate and oppressive atmosphere, but the gameplay is ass on the whole with the traps, invincible enemies and first-person platforming. Where DM really shines is in its characters and its writing, which he didn't really experience and it shows.

I've only recently discovered Warlockracy and his channel. On the whole I really like his videos. I don't mind videos from someone with different opinions to me, and even putting those opinions in a video, so long as it is presented as someone being open about their biases and arguing their case rather than presenting opinion as fact and smugly opining that anyone who disagrees with them is UltraHitler. Noah Gervais, for example, has extremely stupid political opinions but they very rarely affect the videos themselves, whereas Hbomberguy (who used to be bearable) is now such a smug breadtube Reddit liberal that he's unwatchable now.

So is the next video something Half Life related or was that line at the end just random? What could it be I don't really know of any big Half Life mods

Most HL mods are just small potatoes, either shitpost stuff or horror types. Most I'd imagine is maybe Hunt Down the Freeman, but that game was beaten into the ground by everyone. So, not much he can say, unless he just does HL2 and makes it some weird ramble about Russia or some shit.

There are tons of Half Life mods out there, many with full campaigns and I'm sure a couple obscure Russian ones.
