I wish I could give you an award for composing the longest run-on sentence ever written.
That said, I slightly agree with you. I'd argue that Vinny was never really that loud/eccentric/outrageous, even in his younger days when he had more energy - he's always had a dry sense of humor and a quick wit, but I think where he shined was with corruptions and with more niche games. Rev too has always been a more laid back streamer, and tends to be the "straight man" in general, except in very rare cases (such as
Dick Swirly, where he manages to be so off the wall that JOEL ends up being the straight man). Joel fits the description you just listed pretty well, though.
As for the other streamers, I think some of them were actually quite funny but dropped out for other reasons. KY and Bran were probably on par with Rev's style of humor, but the two of them stopped streaming for personal reasons and because of some behind the scenes issues between streamers, respectively. But you are right that none of the other streamers ever reached that peak comedy point that Joel and Vinny did, at least not on their own - some of them, particularly Fred, are pretty good at playing off the other streamers for good comedy, but can't really hold the audience on their own.
