"I can't believe [insert favorite streamer here] is playing this AI SLOP GARBAGE, its so low effort and AI only steals from REAL ARTISTS! He should be playing Unity Asset Flip Game #85439, or App Store Rope Hero Sponge Man Goku Game, they are SOOOOO much better!"

I do not care for Sunday streams.

There’s some mild drama (and therefore comedy) in the comments of Vinny’s playthrough of No Players Online. The gist is that the game uses 90s/00s general aesthetics but it’s painfully obvious that the dev is too young to have experienced any of that in person and also didn’t do any research. Slapfights over how much that matters or not ensue. Also the dev shows up in the comments section to defend his game here and there.

Some alluding to some sort of issue with the game’s initial release on Steam

Can’t archive properly at the moment, sorry.

The theme this year was “Retro TV” which is a lot more limited in possible interpretations compared to last year’s, “Corruptions,” and other typical non-Vinesauce game jam themes. I fully intended to submit a game myself but couldn’t settle on a concept I thought would be fun and stand out. I wonder if others had the same experience.
