Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines: 2 - I want to believe, but...

These are the videos from the Hardsuit Labs build. There was no leaked build of HSL version of Bloodlines 2.

The developer that worked for HSL wanted to show some of the work he did on Bloodlines 2 in the hopes of getting a job with another studio. The videos were taken down within a day or two.
This is old news that I am only archiving since the videos have been removed and can only be found on a Russian website called VK. Two years ago, a former level designer from Hardsuit Labs released footage of Bloodlines 2, the original videos as well as any reuploads were taken down.

The first video takes place in a hospital that is reminiscent to Ocean View Hotel and the second video is the warehouse with the Malkavian.

They are still working on VTM Reawakened. Their plan is to make VTM Redemption and VTM Chronicles, an expansion that will have character customization with an original story. The lead developer said that it might be released in 2026 or 2027 and it would be in four episodes for each game with each city containing 25% of the content.

Nah it's not gonna be that bad. I played skull and bones and the entire time it felt like I was playing an MMO Tutorial that had no end. At no point did it even remotely feel like a pirate game. It felt more like some pretty shit you'd play on your phone for 5 mins

At least with this I can punch people and rip heads off doom style.
You missed the point. Skull & Bones was in development for years and wasn't cancelled due to contractual obligations with the government of Singapore. The point regarding Bloodlines 2 is that it clearly looks like shit, should have been cancelled ages ago, and they only seem to be releasing it due to some obligation that if it exists we don't know about.
They already tried that and they got C&D’d. Project Vaulderie was an attempt to rebuild Bloodlines 1 in Skyrim.
Like usual people modding games with IPs don't use their brain. Make the mod in silence, release the mod, can't get hit with a C&D since its already on the internet and even if you do... it's already out there anyway.
This is very true. I am not sure WoD was ever actually good.
It had(past tense) some good ideas, but that was decades ago and even then the community was infested with weirdos.

I hate to admit it, but after watching the 2 hour gameplay preview that Paradox sponsored on radbrad's (that faggot is annoying throughout the whole thing), I'm a bit interested. The first conversation with Lou had some appeal to me, unlike other characters she seemed competently written and I found her personality believable. Fabien talks too much, but he's not as annoying as I feared. And the small section at the end where he's investigating a chick that has been brainwashed had some promise.

Some other interactions had millennial writing all over them, mainly from NPCs. That was grating, but if they manage to avoid it with the PC, Fabien and older characters like Lou, it might be tolerable enough for me. It is the hellhole know as Seattle after all.

Attaching the difficulty to a clan is shit, I like Ventrue (same with Corpo in CP77) and it being the easy option is bad for me. I'm still weary regarding the whole thing, but maybe not as bad as expected.

Redditors are niggercattle.

Reminder this game has no DRM, even if you want to play it out of morbid curiosity you don't have to give them money.

Any chance we'll even get good memes? Because this doesn't look like we'll get any. It just looks bad, but in a flat way. Like a video game tie-in for a movie

At least ME: Andromeda gave us "My face is so tired", but I see nothing of that caliber of writing coming out of this game.

The reason why Lou Graham (Lou Grand in Hardsuit Labs version) seems better written is because that was one of Brian Mitsoda's characters and they might have just recycled her dialogue to fit their story. She is one of the few characters from the orignal Bloodlines 2 that didn't get removed from the game.

Tolly (Samuel in HSL version) they decided to keep him but made him into a gay Nosferatu because gay is considered a personality trait to these people. J J Campbell (Alec Cross in HSL version) they killed him off in the games story but he might be in the Fabien flashback sequences.

Dale Beecher (Dale Talley in HSL version) who in the HSL version was suppose to be your guide in the same way that Smiling Jack was in Bloodlines 1. He orginally was a vampire maybe a Thin-Blood but in the The Chinese Rooms version he seems to be a ghoul. So these might be the only good characters in the game with the exception being Tolly.

Did anyone point out that the third video (9 min. IGN one) is by a tranny? I saw the name "Leana Hafer" and heard what was clearly a male voice, so it made me raise an eyebrow. He used to go by T.J. or Len Hafer.

Unless he's playing Sascha/Myca Vykos and you can replicate the infamous self SRS at the Camarilla, what's the fucking point of trannies?

Bottom shelf trailer for a bargain bin game. The facial animations are so janky; they give me outer worlds vibes. The combat looks utterly uninspired and QTE-to-win boring, albeit a glacialy paced QTE without a fail condition from the looks of it. They're so stretched thin on content they even included a clip of their dyke dressup sim, because honestly, thats probably the only thing the few trannies that wind up playing this game will do in it.

Out of curiosity I went to see any other trailers they had for this abortion. Has anyone seen this clip?
Did they seriously include a nosferatu tranny? And if so, is this a dig at trannies or a self-inserted OC donut steel?

I preordered this game on August 25th. I guess I have to preorder it again?? That’s insane. I didn’t preorder it in 2020 but this time around it had a release date so I thought preordering it on PlayStation 5 would be okay. I preordered the premium edition to get the two extra clans.

Whats so hard about dont unlock clans behind dlc? I dont KNOW but these faggots managed to do just that
It's not the unlocking clans part that's hard, it's what will replace that premium edition "content". Since, you know, they have to come up with something they think people will consider worthwhile and have to plan how to deliver it at the last moment. Because it's obvious that Paradox wasn't willing to throw any additional money into it, and no additional DLC was planned. That's why they've been silent, only now saying they have an announcement on the 17th. They definitely don't want to have to cancel the premium edition.
