It doesn't say "no combat" the only thing the damned game has is combat. It's just all fists, teeth, and blood powers.

Still a Vampire game without guns or even melee weapons feels just wrong. The cool part in Bloodlines was being able to do combos with both your blood powers and guns, they complemented one each other. Take that part out of the equation and this just feels like either a brawler or a Metal Gear game with no in-betweens.

So it's just a tech demo with combat, then. I mean, if this is all they have after all that time, what else are they going to do?
Fuck, at least Duke Nukem Forever 2001 prototype was like halfway done and had most of the features already complete, what's their excuse?

Everything involving WoD after Paradox bought White Wolf has been fucking cursed and Paradox wants basically nothing to do with it going forward. The only reason they're "finishing" this game is due to the sunk cost fallacy. Here's a rough timeline of how fucked it's been for a decade.

No they don't. They can't just say they expect it to fail because they'd risk getting sued by investors. But they had their deputy CEO last year in an interview state they'd never touch it again and the only way another happens is if someone licenses it from them...

Paradox should just kill White Wolf and bury WoD. There's no salvaging the tabletop component because it has been wholly consumed by trannies and other adjacent freaks, and the video game part has failed to materialize because Paradox are moronic Swedes.

They should have pulled the plug back when they nearly got their throats cut by angry Chechens.

They did kill White Wolf over the Chechens; they fired the staff after that Camarilla splat and foisted it off to Renegade Games, since they were also known to make board games (reminder this is where Paradox started from, converting euro board games into computer games) and so on and had connections due to getting the rights to the card games. Onyx Path was then shuttered due to "brand confusion", ie they tended to make better shit even if 2e had flaws in its construction and the last couple of books were shitshows design wise.

And the World of Darkness was always infested and consumed by freaks, degens, and political idiots. Werewolf alone had Eco Cultists, Dog Fuckers, and proto-SJWs in the form of all Garou, the Red Talons, and the Black Furies respectively. Then you had the Tzimisce, which was basically a gooner and guro fetishist's wetdream. And let's not even get into how they had Old Changeling, which was the manchild and otherkin splat that involved breast milk fetishes.

To claim that this IP was not full of freaks is a lie. The difference was you actually got an entertaining game that had interesting lore and characters to it, since the writers were at least semi-aware of themselves.

Reminder that one of the best Malkavian concepts I saw was the one who realized he was in an RPG and was meta aware of you the players puppeteer the neonates and ancilla you rocked as.
 
This shit is $70 or $100 if you want all the clans and lacks basic features that even anime coomer gacha games have.

How embarrassing.

Hey, the original Bloodlines was really buggy when it first launched and only got patched because people loved the gameplay and story enough despite the bugs. A good game being held back by bugs is the same as a bad game that has more problems than bugs, right?

Did anyone point out that the third video (9 min. IGN one) is by a tranny? I saw the name "Leana Hafer" and heard what was clearly a male voice, so it made me raise an eyebrow. He used to go by T.J. or Len Hafer.

This game is gonna be a clusterfuck. Ill bet that the game defenders will be trannies or faggots.

The only positive thing this game has done is making me play bloodlines again.
