This entire thing is just wow. This quote just kinda pisses me off. Chris claims to be a lesbian soul who hates men. Does Chris not get that straight women like men and not other women? I feel like this just shows that this "lesbian tranny" thing is nothing more than another way to find a potential vessel for his promised Crystal. I have a lot of issues with my own sexuality, but Chris here is just exploiting it for his own personal gain just like he is with his "sensory-overloading" so it pains me to see someone who has no issues exploit it for china. Chris needs to make up his mind and stick with it instead of whatever works in his favor. That'll never happen though.

Yeah, that threw me. Marking "Orientation" as "straight" but then saying that he's a trans-woman (which, correct me if I'm wrong, is someone who is genetically male but identifies as female)... and then saying that he's compatible with a straight woman... it's just... it's like his conception of gender is that it's a switch that he can flip at will.

It looks that way, doesn't it? It really doesn't seem like a stretch for Chris to pretend to be whatever it is he claims to be just to increase his chance at the china that he feels he deserves.

Chris doesn't understand how it works. Hell, he'll never get how it works at an emotional level ever. It is exactly as you say it. He thinks he can appeal to the possible lesbian by saying he hates men and then if a straight woman for some hellish reason takes interest in him he'll say he's a man.

Of course. It's just a plot for him to come up with more china. The more china he can get, the bigger the possibility for his Crystal to be born into the world. I feel like if he did get into an actual serious relationship and had a child, and that child turned out male he would just abandon her with his kid. It'll never happen though.
 
Again, I figure that it was at least partially a mix. But once he got it in his head that being female is "the easy way" through life, he'd of course say he was really a trapped lesbian soul. But I don't doubt that laziness is bigger in this than any sort of feeling about gender.

Chris is in that strange "Goldilocks" zone* where he's just north of being so dumb that it's kinda' messed up for him to be allowed to mingle with regular people, yet still south of having any idea WTF human interactions are about or why telling people that you're a 32 year old transvestite** who has no income and lives with his mother is going to get you nowhere on a dating website.

*(by all means, make whatever jokes you can with that.)

**I know that's probably not right, but honestly I don't really think I understand what is going on with Chris in this respect. He's a lesbian-soul trapped in a male body who wants to date actual lesbians? If that's actually a thing I don't know what you're supposed to call that.
 
Perhaps Marvin or Thetan could offer their insight, but I wonder if Chris would throw away all the tomgirl/male lesbian stuff if a sweetheart asked him to. It seems that he goes back and forth between letting himself be a doormat and deciding his sweetheart's feelings.
