I'm glad I'm not the only one that clocked Kris as a boy immediately.
Remember, people no longer know what men and women are since 2018 IIRC, since trannies were no longer considered a mental illness. Hence the "they" everywhere. Note that the they is usually used in place of a he, rarely for a she. It's the usual Newspeak bullshit.

It's so goddamn insufferable. It's a fictional fucking character anyway. Who the fuck cares? Well besides actual retards.
Hence the "they" everywhere.
>Refer to Kris as female in your post.

"UM ACKSHULLY-"

Posted this before but I'll do it again.

I can't find it now, maybe Toby deleted it or I just schizo'd it but I swear to God I remember years ago closer to when Undertale originally came out someone asked Toby on twitter about Frisk and Chara's gender and Toby outright stated they were meant to be ambiguous on purpose so that the player could identify with them or something. I wouldn't be surprised if he deleted this tweet to appease the genderspecials or something.
He doesn't specifically mention gender IIRC, but he did say in an interview that he made Frisk mostly a blank slate so the player can identify with them, likely in part to preserve a certain twist.

He also posted a tweet that you should use your own name for the Fallen Child if you can't think of anything else.

The only time he even came close to addressing gender before the 10th anniversary is when he skipped a question about it.

Every person I've met irl that has played Deltarune assumes Kris is guy because they don't interact with the online fandom in any capacity (which is wise). I'd describe the pronoun shit as "Forced Obnoxious Faggotry" because everybody naturally assumes Kris is male until some terminally online freak descends on you. Most people just don't give a shit either way and capitulate to their delusions since they don't want to deal with the confrontation, and presumably a lot of Deltarune fans are just too young to know any better.

It's gotten to the point where complaining about the fandom is trite. We're still gonna be talking about this stupid shit by the time Chapter 7 comes out lol.

You get two options for the thread going forward:
1. Talking about the obnoxious gender faggots.
2. Shipping wars.

You're also allowed the occasional meme; like drunk asgore; but don't you dare post about "lore".
lol

Most of the UNDERTALE fandom is too pussy to explore a literal racewar (although, to be fair, Toby seems to intentionally steer away from any racial tension/racism allegories which is a strangely prescient choice)
I'm conflicted on Gerson's speech about it.
It was a bit pander-y in places (one line was pretty much just Toby shaking the audience's hand) but there was another line that absolutely floored me.
That pretty much sums up the game as a whole.
>Asgore/festival chapter is a filler chapter
Grim, but I can honestly see that happening outside of a 'weird' route.
I was gonna joke "Imagine if this is the Chapter where Toby starts sticking his penis into things and goes full yurishit".
I'd forgotten that it was the festival...

Yup, you ready for Susie to have totally have had a crush on Noelle this whole time and for Kris/(you) to play matchmaker/third wheel?
I sure hope you don't think you'll be able to sabotage le cute lesbian couple.

"Kris, can you help me set the mood so I can ask the love of my life Noelle to be my GF?"
>[Yes]
"Great, thanks friend!"
>[No]
"Yeah you're right friend, I should do this myself."
>[... What about me?]
"What do mean, 'what about me'? You set the scene and I do the asking! It's simple my friend!"

"Kris, do you think Susie likes me?"
>[Yes]
"Really? You're the best friend ever!"
>[No]
"Oh... Wait, I see! You mean she like-likes me!? Oh Kris, you're such a wonderful friend."
>[... What about me?]
"Har-har funny joke. I'm being serious, do you think Susie likes me?"
*Locked into yes or no unless snowgrave.*

Remember, your choices don't matter! :^)

I've always liked how Monsters are explicitly pursuing a version of lebansraum and no one in the fandom cares. I've always thought of an AU where Asriel's plan is successful and the Monsters have to fight the remanants of humanity

A reminder that human souls are so powerful that throughout the entire monster-human war, the humans suffered zero casualties.

Even as the god of hyperdeath, I think that Asriel would get clapped by Humanity eventually.
