Don't know if this has already been shown, but TVT linked to a Salon article blaming white men for mass shootings on an article about mentally ill people being perceived as violent. Actually, the whole "real-life" section is just them trying to claim that violent insanity is a myth.

Long story short, they're blaming it on crack and booze, which is true to an certain point. But considering how there's an autistic man who threw a French kid off a building in the UK solely because the tard wanted to go to jail; I'm inclined to say otherwise.

That may be an exaggerated scenario, but it is hard to pretend that severe schizos and clinical psychopaths are harmless little angels unable to engage in violence due to their disconnect from reality and lack of human compassion, respectively.

But I have one question, did they actually pulled him off the stage in that episode?

No. That video is basically the end of the scene, and very nearly the end of the episode. But Duckman does not get hooked off stage, his speech is not challenged in any way -his arch-enemy King Chicken flees. The comedian he upstaged, Iggy, reveals that the "intelligence" formula Duckman drank was basically just a placebo to give Iggy more confidence to improve his delivery and that he can always fall back on lesbian jokes if nobody wants to just hear clean PC comedy anymore. Duckman then leaves while reciting a song and dance routine from earlier in the episode about laughter to himself.

This isn't what I was talking about, but the concept is still the same

Still, not what I'm looking for, but I know we had a thread on it a few months ago.

Ok, wtf?

HERE IT IS!

In other news, Geth has left the Farms for good a few days ago. But he was showing the signs for it, though.

Damn I’m gonna miss him

I know a person who murdered someone and hospitalized two other people during a psychotic break. Violent insanity is a thing and I will forever argue that.

Ballsy shitposting in the page for Backstroke Of The West.

So I bought myself Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition in under five dollars on the PS Store, on a whim (I was redeeming some codes I had for Shadow of War and Mankind Divided, riveting stuff, I know). Needless to say, it was more than worth it and at a time I sorely needed a game like this.

But you already know I'm not just posting here to gush about the game and that I just had to read something very stupid on the Sleeping Dogs entry. Here be it:

Yes, it appears the CCP co-opting if not overruling Hong Kong's authority to stomp out dissidents of their commie bullshit is exactly the goddamn same as breaking out the big guns because a fucking doomsday cult is "Allahu Akbar"-ing all over the fucking place!

I have seen Tv Tropes post some real dumb shit, but fuck this kind of "breaking both my arms with this one" kinds of reaching. It's flat out lying.

Also, Pendrew being dirty has nothing to do with the DLC. By Uncle Po's funeral, it's obvious he's got a stake in the Sun On Yee's leadership going to shit, it just takes you until the end to find out exactly what.

Doesn't that DLC have literal zombies in it?

In more important news, after skimming through their forums, it looks like their ad revenue has taken a hit because of COVID.

Yeah, the "working from home" excuse doesn't work for certain programmers, an there's and good reason for this.
