His trope/YMMV page itself is a treasure trove. It basically says you can't criticize or say anything bad about him because "he's had a rough life".

I was just comparing his fans's logic to the ones that murderers's ones use, I'm actually neutral on the guy
 
They seem to have finally edited their software so the WikiWords don't mess with titles (it used to be that titles did not have fixed capitalization and spacing and spaces were just put before capital letters in the url with the actual title not being case sensitive except for when you didn't capitalize the first letter of the title at which point the link didn't work)

It will make you a better writer to write better movies or TV shows or maybe just fanfiction. You go and click on the tropes and you get ideas for plots and characters and character reactions.
 
Basic shit perhaps, but there are no My Little Pony fanfiction examples on this specific page when they're everywhere otherwise. Although that goes to show more about My Little Pony fanfiction than it does TVTropes users.
