"Transgender women will be banned from single-sex public spaces under new guidance to be published by the UK’s equalities watchdog, reports say.

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is set to submit its statutory guidance to ministers this month in response to the UK Supreme Court’s unanimous ruling that trans women are not legally women under the Equality Act.

The new guidance appears to be similar to its interim guidance issued in the wake of the ruling, which has been criticised by trans rights campaigners as discriminatory and has seen legal challenges launched against it."

There is nothing "bigoted" or "morally bankrupt" about banning mentall ill men like Wu from cosplaying in the ladies room.

These nuts think that genital inspections are needed to separate the trannies from the women but that's not true for 99% of the population.

And there's an easier solution. Make it illegal to have identification that doesn't match your sex. Real sex. Not chopping your dick off and claiming you're a female, because born a male always a male.

I don't think it's that simple.

Medical practitioners contain true believers, and some of the true believers are at the top. The British Medical Association didn't clutch its pearls about the Cass Review and plan its own critique of it because they were afraid their members would lose revenue. They responded to it because they are all in on tranny nonsense.

It's difficult to believe that people that smart can be so fucken dumb...but they can be. Ideology can outwit the smartest guy in the room (or gal, because sex is binary and cannot be changed in mammals, something large swathes of doctors appear to have forgotten).

The BMA is only a union.

It's not a centre of medical expertise, a research group, an advisory group or even a scientific group., although it was portrayed as such by the trannys when the BMA initially rejected the Cass review.

Most unions appear to have been captured by tranny insanity and the BMA is no different.

Why the fuck would I demand to see someone's birth certificate, which every state in every country in the Anglosphere have, because of trans madness, permanently falsified?

Also, why is there never the request or expectation for trannies to simply obey the law? I mean, the answer is obvious: nobody expects self-control or honesty from trannies. People just don't want to talk about this lack of expectation out loud.

Plus of course trannies tell us all the time they plan to break any hypothetical law about toilets.

I think a portion of them are going to quietly detransition and and shove that part of their life back in a box amd never acknowledge it again.

Some will 41%

But I think many more are going to turn to destructive coping mechanisms, like substance abuse, or ramp up their already present substance abuse behavior.

I hate this stupid argument. Why does "I look like x, therefore I am x" such a big argument with these people? Are men who are more feminine women then because they look closer to women? Are butch lesbian women men if they look more masculine and closer to men? These same people will then turn around and go "No because its how a person self identifies" So then why the fuck are you arguing that because you look closer to something means you're that thing?
