Unite Warriors Devy is still top dog as far as I'm concerned. hes not really the best at any specific category, but overall the most fun and solid out of all the Devastators I've had. Mixmaster & Hook are definitely the weakest members, with Scrapper & Scavanger being excellent and Long Haul and Bonecrusher being very good.
I really want to get SS86 in hand to see it'll compare. from what I've seen Hook and Mixmaster seem like massive upgrades, Long Haul is different but not bad, Scrapper seems fine, the arm bots seem like downgrades.

The only Transformers game I've played for any extensive period of time is Convoy no Nazo for the Nintendo Famicom the way god intended.
the main(really only) music track is like a fucking MK ultra activation signal for me at this point.
I played the Transformers Movie Tie-in game a lot. The small open world maps and freedom to kill everybody as both Autobot and Decipticon was fun.

Never played the wii version of WFC, but i did play the main version of the game and it's still one of my favorites. Campaign was fantastic, escalation was fun too and i enjoyed the multiplayer, engaging in high risk situations as Scientist by divebombing enemies and killing them with the Shockwave ability, amongst other high-energy moments. I will say that unlike FOC, every class in WFC was enjoyable to play so i didn't really have a favorite in that game. Titan and Scientist were my preferred classes in FOC, followed by Destroyer, didn't really care too much about Infiltrator because ambushing as Scientist and aggressively rushing as Titan had a higher skill-ceiling and was more exciting then whatever infiltrator could do. Destroyer was highly dependent on who was hosting the game, so performance was either great or amazingly awful. Good times, i still crave a new Transformers game that's on the same quality of what we got a decade before, but i'll revisit the older ones at certain times

So how is brickheadz transformed megatron gonna look like given Lego has huge no-no on guns or military vehicles? Saw this on a TFW2005 post

Transformers the ride was kinda neat
if it had been G1 or something like that instead of Bayformers I probably would have liked it more
I think half the ride's dialog was them announcing everybody's names
also there was nothing focusing on Devastator's nutsack, clearly an affront to the filmmaker's vision

Hook has a secret
Hell yes on Ironhide. The disconnect from the G1 toy design and the cartoon always bothered me a lot as a kid.
I'm hoping it has an optional transformation to be more Diaclone accurate. I like the idea of giving him a more toon accurate robot while still sticking true to the G1 aesthetic but I think it'd be weird if they just completely ignored the og mech suit option in a line meant to remake G1 toys 1:1 but with modern articulation.

Well, as long as he can still accommodate a Diaclone pilot, I'm OK with what they're doing. The "Onebox Cherry Vanette" worked fine as a Diaclone toy, but he made for a shitty Transformer. I really wonder why Hasbro brought him over at all back in '84. The Omnibots should have been sold at retail and Ironhide and Ratchet should have been the mail-away oddballs.

it is quite silly that they picked him of all toys to be such a prominent character, but its a great little toy, and i was wondering how they'd tackle him in this line.
if its truly removed from it, then I'm still interested, since I love "new" G1 toys retroactively coming into my collection, its why Arcee was my favorite release last year, but I would be lying if I wasn't at least a little disappointed if he doesn't have a configuration at least resembling his weird little gremlin mech suit mode.
