Don't forget, male and female teachers get fired (and rightfully so) for having an Onlyfans or 20-year-old porn videos online. This man's reddit and other social media honestly could be enough to justify termination, especially since he's not even a teacher, but a summer camp counselor.
Forgot he was just a summer employee. From that and his general lack of opsec, I’m assuming he worked the
summer school program at Oroville Elementary School District (
site). The second session concluded July 25th, so there is a non-zero chance he just wasn’t offered a permanent position and is twisting the situation to play victim as trannies are wont to do.
So he was likely a classified employee who didn’t require a teaching license. The good news is that any educator can be reported to a state board for misconduct, and if it’s a non-certified person (like an aide or bus driver, etc.) they will be given an identifier number in place of a teaching license number. That number can be suspended or revoked like a license, and that person will not be allowed to work in schools (except private schools since they are allowed to hire whoever they want, it’s kind of scary because some don’t even run background checks or ask for fingerprint clearance cards) either temporarily or permanently.
Even if this isn’t the district he claims to be fired from, all public districts in the US have pretty standardized regulations (typically called ‘Board Policies’ or ‘Governing Board Policies’) for staff both certified (teachers, campus administrators, anyone required to have a teaching license) and classified (support staff/everyone who’s not certified). If anyone’s interested, all the
board policies are public record. He would’ve had to sign off agreeing to all of these as a non-negotiable term of employment. This one is the
DISMISSAL/SUSPENSION/DISCIPLINARY ACTION; you can read the whole document at that link, but this is the general list of no-nos for classified staff:
Causes for Disciplinary Action
A permanent classified employee may be subject to suspension, demotion, involuntary reassignment, or
dismissal for one or more of the following causes:
1. Immoral conduct, including, but not limited to, egregious misconduct that is the basis for a sex offense
as defined in Education Code 44010, a controlled substance offense as defined in Education Code 44011, or child abuse and neglect as described in Penal Code 11165.2-11165.6
2. Conduct that constitutes a violent or serious felony as defined in Penal Code 667.5(c) or 1192.7(c)
3. Unlawful discrimination, including harassment, against any student or other employee
4. Violation of or refusal to obey state or federal law or regulation, Board policy, or district or school procedure
5. Falsification of any information supplied to the district, including, but not limited to, information
supplied on application forms, employment records, or any other school district records
6. Unsatisfactory performance
7. Unprofessional conduct
8. Dishonesty
9. Neglect of duty or absence without leave
10. Insubordination
11. Use of alcohol or a controlled substance while on duty or in such close time proximity thereto as to
affect the employee's performance
12. Destruction or misuse of district property
13. Failure to fulfill any ongoing condition of employment including, but not limited to, maintenance of any license, certificate, or other similar requirement specified in the employee's class specification or otherwise necessary for the employee to perform the duties of the position
14. A physical or mental condition which precludes the employee from the proper performance of duties and responsibilities as determined by competent medical authority, except as otherwise provided by a contract or by law
15. Retaliation against any person who, in good faith, reports, discloses, divulges, or otherwise brings to the
attention of any appropriate authority any information relative to an actual or suspected violation of state or federal law occurring on or directly related to the job
16. Violation of Education Code 45303 or Government Code 1028 prohibiting the advocacy or teaching of
communism
17. Any other misconduct which is of such nature that it causes discredit or injury to the district or the
employee's position
It could’ve been quite of few of these just based off his tranny-version of the story and his Islamic posting history. Some are oddly vague but that does give the district more leeway to decide what constitutes “unprofessional behavior” and “immoral conduct”.
I find it a little sus that he knows where all of the cameras are. Maybe he has great situational awareness but I doubt it, he’s probably pushing the boundaries of what he can get away with, without witnesses. He had his defense prepared.
Maybe he was asking his coworkers if they needed any tampons, right after getting done pissing on the seats to get back at the cis scum ruining his life. Or he was joining in on the kids’ private conversations and making it weird as hell instead of minding his business.
Very sus.
Schools tend to use pretty obvious cameras, parents typically don’t like the idea of more hidden cameras even for security, plus they can deter vandalism and other behavior if students (and staff, unfortunately) have that visible reminder that they are being watched and recorded. Knowing where the cameras are isn’t suspicious on its own, but how he talks about the cameras definitely is. When you work in a public school, you operate under the assumption that you are being watched unless you’re in the bathroom. If you’re not an AGP tranny creep it’s not a big deal and gives everyone accountability.
A teacher/staff afraid of the cameras is a major red flag.
