You keep saying that as if it’s gospel. Clearly the police and prosecutors office disagree. Presumably this question will be decided by the courts when they hear your case.

The police and prosecutors in Christian County aren't the brightest bunch. Of course, the question will be answered in the court just as it has already been answered in Ilinois court of appeals.

Remember, he claims to have never seen the photo but knows every single detail about it. And experts from the FBI and the State of Illinois have determined it is child porn. The judge and District Attorney also believe it's child porn. His own lawyer could have challenged both the search warrant and if the image was actual child porn in his very first hearing but hasn't. And she hasn't in a dozen other hearings also. But yet, we are supposed to believe Toad.

Toad keeps repeating something about a test but what he doesn't tell you is only SOME of those criteria have to be met, not all of them.

And that's why Toad won't show all the discovery because he knows they got a lot of evidence including circumstantial against him. And with his history of lying repeatingly, we of course only have "his word" which has zero merit.

Like I said the Illinois court of Appeal have already ruled on the issue, regarding the issue I stated regarding the image and child porn.

But you're an established liar. Show us the discovery where they said exactly that. There have been already 2 experts examine it (the FBI agent who discovered it and the ISP detective who confirmed it after the case was turned back over to them). The Judge ruled probable cause.

And show us where they are basing it off "one" criteria. Again, if what you say is true, you have no problem showing us evidence from discovery. That's just you making up stuff again. Notice with KNOW IT ALL'S, they don't have to present all the proof.

It appears Todd Daugherty of Taylorville, IL downloaded an entire series of child porn (only being charged with one image..for now), of a 5 to 6 year old girl. Notice he won't show "all" the testimony or discovery but this is enough to show why he needs to eliminated from society because he is one sick person. This was from his initial hearing so the FBI forensic expert and others haven't testified yet as his court date won't be until 2024.

note: since N9OGL is checking this thread every 5 minutes, if he wants to be taken seriously, he needs to show all the discovery and all the testimony, not just a snippet. Anything he says that doesn't include proof has to be assumed to be a lie.

N9OGL is quite an emotional, little man. There is so much on him online like here If you got hours to kill, go to discussion groups archives and endless laughter of people owning him and making fun of him.

And I kid you not, when he was in high school, he graduated a year late, in special education and had a part-time job that was paid for by the National Association of Retarded Citizens.

Edit; he was also physically impaired and extremely late in puberty, here is a photo of him where he is nearly 19 and surrounded by classmates who are at least 1 to 4 years younger. You can see how physically small and underdeveloped he is compared to them.

His lawyer public defender has done nothing but file delay after delay after delay after delay. She's filed at least 8 of them.

He longer denies it's child porn, what he is now saying NOW is that the warrant was invalid, filled out wrong, took too long, it was only ONE image, 2018 warrant was quashed (a 2nd one was granted in 2020), blah blah blah. But with his history of lying (proven time and time again here in this thread), who knows... But the DA would know this before even filing charges if the warrant was bad or not.

His next hearing is in Jan 2024.

And you know Thanksgiving is going to be weird with his family, sure they won't say anything directly to him, but Toad will know what they are thinking.....

His public defender probably just wants to get the most out of this case before they lock him away. He's not the only case she has to deal with either. If I was her I'd maximize my time and drop him to another PD, let them deal with the retard.
