James Daugherty Sr., 98 of Taylorville passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2024, at 7:20 a.m. at Carriage Crossing Senior Living Center in Taylorville, IL. He was born on October 26, 1925, in Kincaid, IL, the son of Charles Chester and Rose (Dilbeck) Daugherty. He married Johanna Noren on February 20, 1946, in Sterling, IL and she preceded him in death on March 28, 2003. James worked as a Coal Miner for Peabody Mine and then an Electrician for IBEW 146, Being a member of the Union for 70 years. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving in WWII. James was a Lifetime Member of the VFW Post # 4495, First Baptist Church in Taylorville later joining Bethel Baptist Church, Taylorville Moose Lodge #1516. He was an assistant Scout Master for Troop # 67. In his spare time, he loved gardening, bird watching, walking and carpentry, making stilts for the neighborhood kids.

He is survived by his son: James (Mary) Daugherty Jr. of Taylorville, IL; daughters: Susan (Don) Nazy of Charlotte, NC, Rosemary Candelaria of Taylorville, IL; grandchildren: Todd Daugherty Taylorville, IL, Michelle Yenerall of Springfield, IL, Jeremy (Sheila) Daugherty Downers Grove, IL, Matt Nazy of Sunrise, FL; Luke Daugherty (Amanda) of Taylorville, IL; Nick (Carrie) Daugherty of Stonington, IL; great-grandchildren: Lucy Daugherty, Max Daugherty, and Hazel Daugherty all of Downers Grove, IL; Allyson Yenerall, Carter Yenerall both of Springfield, IL; Brock, Blake, Johanna and Julia Daugherty of Taylorville, IL; Elizabeth Daugherty of Stonington, IL; Sister: Katherine Oseland of Teutopolis, IL; Sisters-in-Law: Marilyn Voggetzer and Louise Noren; brother-in-law: Ronnie (Connie) Noren; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2024, from 10:00-12:00 Noon at McClure Funeral Home in Taylorville. Funeral service will be held immediately following the visitation starting at 12:00 noon at McClure Funeral Home in Taylorville with Pastor Steve Robinson officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Taylorville with military graveside honors. Memorials may be made to Gods Helping Hands Hospice. McClure Funeral Home in Taylorville is assisting the family with arrangements.

Mr. Daugherty was kind enough to post some more documents involving his case including his date of birth: 7/5/68 and his social security number of 320-72-1323 and showed 6 results of FBI involvement with him due to threats including his infamous $5000 bounty he placed on a ham radio operator.

So when looking through someone's computer you're only supposed to use the search bar in the drives directory I guess? Okay than! Not how it's done when it comes to computer forensics.
Also, apparently he's too retarded to understand that he's making a threat despite the fact that he knows damn well that he is. Illinois continues to be an utter shit hole that caters to criminals and the mentally ill.

Yes, that's how he thinks.... So just take all your child porn and change the file extension to say .idiot and they can't search that according to the retard because they can only search *.jpg or *.gif files etc.. I don't think they searched at all, they opened up a directory and the thumbnail of the child porn stood out like a sore thumb.

Plus now he admits they know who is the victim is, her name, her mother's name, and her DOB because Toad says she is now over 18, so he isn't allowed to be prosecuted on child porn anymore. This is of course after Toad said it was virtual porn. He keeps changing his story. It also means that the victim can sue Todd and his legal guardians, this parents, for possessing the child porn even if the criminal case is dropped.

And there was no motion to dismiss or to suppress. All his lawyer did was file another delay. The next delay happens in May. Good thing Toad has a lazy district attorney who keeps allowing the endless delays. A real defense attorney would have had these filed in 2022 but this is Toad we are talking about.

1. The search warrant was a general warrant
2 The warrant was quashed
