This is in addition to the "mouthfeel", or the pleasure that one gets upon getting different textures when they're eating (think: French fries that are crunchy on the outside and can pick up sauce without losing their form, but are buttery and fluffy on the inside).
This is actually why I increasingly just don't like these products any more. Unless you're a deathfat, just this sick combo of industrial poison really doesn't please you any more. Most of the things I cook myself are deliberately trying to get something like this, but without the combo of maxing out sugar/salt/fat, minimizing at least two of these.

I'm increasingly fond of an air fryer for this, where an absolutely tiny amount of fat gets you almost the same result for, for instance, fries, but with basically the same level of fat as a baked potato with butter.

I generally limit my fast food intake to once a month, sometimes not even that, and even then, usually don't get the hideous combo of burger and fries, because if I am eating one horribly fatty item, I'm not going to eat another at the same time. I really hate the burger and fries packaging, it's like they're literally trying to give you a heart attack to fund their buddies in the medical profession.
ReviewBrah might just be at the point where whatever fast food item he eats is so indistinguishable from the next one that he legitimately struggles to make comparisons unless it's horrifically bad or cooked better than usual.
Considering how he retains his ectomorphic form, even after the age where many people can get away with a nothing but fast food diet, I sometimes wonder if he doesn't eat anything except once a week for his reviews.

He doesn't have bulimia cheeks, so I don't think he purges, but I seriously doubt the dude consumes lots of calories.

He's talked on his poadcast before about how he simply doesn't eat much. IIRC he eats one meal a day, and it's not that big of a meal. Plus night walks and what sounds like a deadly amount of caffeine keeps him from gaining much weight. I would try and link an episode but I can't remember any titles and they're too long to scrub through for it.

I suppose he might have some that we don't see because he does try to protect his private life, but I can't help but wonder if he doesn't have any friends.

Even if you're an agoraphobe and an introvert who doesn't like being around the majority of people on earth, humans are a social creature. We crave and need in person social interactions with people we enjoy being around and care about, even if for many people the amount of the amount of time needed is much less than others. It's of my opinion that even the most anti social turbo autists get lonely from time to time.

Most hermits from human history clearly weren't well, and most didn't seem happy, even when their hermit lifestyle was self imposed.

There's times where I enjoy just turning my phone off and not talking to anyone I know for a few days, but I'd go mad if that few days was forever. Eventually I'm going to want to get back to my bar hopping fishing trips with friends normal self again.

Even Josh has friends, and he lives in a Serbian bunker.

He does not have IRL friends and is definitely a doomer (he's been into prepping for a long time) and has plans to move into a compound far away from civilization should his financial situation allow it.
At this point he's just waiting to die, he said several times over the years that he doens't really care if he's alive or dead.
Pretty grim really, the little dude is beyond blackpilled (and unfortunately he's not necessarily wrong in his opinions at times).

As for his diet, he doesn't actually eat a lot.
Aside from the review items (he usually only takes a few bites of those) he eats maybe 1 meal a day (usually something more healthy) and gets a lot of of his calories from energy drinks as mentioned above.

I started to tune to the channel out of morbid curiousity for the quality of fast food joints in the coming exonomic crisis. ReviewBrah is pretty fun to listen to.

I fell out of a habit of listening to his shortwave shows because of his technical problems, but he’s been broadcasting late on the weekends again and you can catch the signal, the song requests were getting repetitive but it’s back to a decent variety again.
If you catch it on wwcr-3 before and after is super bible thumping shit which really disturbs my neighbors, which is a bonus

He had food poisoning from Wendy's grilled cheese sandwich. Also uploaded a video about Taco Bell being first on the fast food chopping block.
I like his nearly perfect enunciation. He said "little middle ground" between two things and you could tell the difference between the "t" and "d" sounds.

Too bad he's not a hot chick because that shit drove me wild when Julie Andrews did it.

Damn. I only knew him as the funny food reviewer with crystal-clear enunciation. Are there any episodes of his podcast where he goes into this in-depth, or is this the synthesis of many scattered hints?
