Kinda funny, he got kids to own Jersh, went to Portugal to own Tardiski, went to mexico to prove Josh wrong and now he wants to ruin the after life for Jim.

Ralph slow decline always makes me remember this ATHF Moment

 
I'm calling a Ralph death by the end of this year or the next. The last year or two has been a part of a slow suicide whether it's intentional or not to him. The problem with the drugs he is on is that they are SSRIs. If you take brain meds for a sufficient period, you are pretty much on those for life. Tapering won't get you back to where you were before. Ralph is actually increasing his dosage at a rate where an overdose won't occur immediately. The problem is missing a pill as you increase your regular dosage. At the rate he is going just missing a pill every 8 hours soon is enough to be debilitating. He is already having seizures when he misses one and that was when he was on 10mg. He is at 20mg now.

To actually get Ralph back to a stable state, he would need to taper off Xanax and Alcohol. Quiting cold turkey on both would kill him or at the very least be debilitating with a chance of permanent brain damage that will severely impact his quality of life. He is becoming more and more dependent on these substances every day while becoming less and less capable of affording them.

Once he gets back in mexico it's like a 75% chance every single day. Between the double digit xanax pills he swallows every day and getting behind the wheel it's bound to happen sooner than later. Still the funniest outcome would be if he dies before metokur, and from the coof.

Another thing I forgot to mention was that he doesn't need to fall or even be driving when he has a seizure from Xanax withdrawal. SUDEP is a thing particularly among stomach sleepers and overweight people. His lungs may fail to retain oxygen due to increased pressure on his chest from obesity. Then he could asphyxiate when he loses muscle control over his lungs.

My predictions about Ethan Ralph are never right but he reminds me of other druggies I know that are in their late 60s and 70s. Some European genes make some durable cockroach people. Ralph might outlive everyone.

Neither of his parents were particularly long lived, and he makes them both look like teetotaler olympic athletes.

How many of them are as fat and sedentary as Ralph and how many combine their drug use with severe alcoholism? I've known old drug addicts too but I've noticed all of the obese ones tend to die early, usually from the strain on their heart. So do the alcoholics.

No, if Ralph dies on air, which is exceedingly likely considering how long he streams for and the state he streams in, it will be a relatively peaceful sunset for him.

In fact it has been foreshadowed already, every time he dozes off on stream. One of these days he'll doze off and he simply won't wake up. The camera will keep rolling, the nigger music will keep playing, and the chat will very, very, slowly begin to realize what has happened.

The likelihood of this happening has only increased since the horse has bolted. Now he will have no one to try and temper his intake of pills and booze, no one to wake him up when he passes out, and no one to turn off the camera for him.

If it comes to pass like this I reckon we will see multiple hours of Ralph's corpse on stream until either the Mexican authorities breach his sty or someone at Cozy cuts his feed on their end. That's of course assuming he remains slumped back in his chair and doesn't fall out of it.
 
If anything will do him in this yr, it’s that Xanex addiction. Benzo withdrawal can be very dangerous because it can cause seizures, which can and does often irreversibly damage your heart and lead to heart disease/failure.

Fredo Santana (Chicago rapper) died that way at age 28. 28, y’all. So like, 10 yrs younger than Ralph AND not nearly as fat/overweight.

Just a small correction : Xanex is NOT an SSRI, it’s a benzo. Big difference and much more dangerous potential/semi-common withdrawal symptoms.

Xanax isn't an Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor. SSRIs are a type of antidepressant, like Proazac, and don't produce a high when taken. Xanax is a benzodiazepine, which works very differently, and does cause intoxication - in small/prescribed amounts as an antianxiety med, causing sedation and calmbess, but at the doses Ralph takes them they basically make you retarded. Xanax is a much, much worse drug for Ralph to be taking than abh SSRI would be.

Both types of medication cause withdrawals if you stop talking them, but Xanax withdraw is regularly described as druggies as literal hell on earth. At the doses Ralph takes, alongside his drinking, it's almost certain he will have seizures. Once they're passed, he is going to literally want to kill himself because of how awful he feels coming off them. He needs to be in a programme to get clean because of how bad his addiction is and how risky detox is for his health. He also doesn't have the self control to manage a taper.

I think he will be dead by the end of the year at the latest. Honestly, after seeing the state of him on his most recent stream it could be much sooner though. Mixing Xans, booze, and taking cocaine regularly is going to just outright stop his heart very soon. All those drugs also lower inhibition and cause impulsivity, so if he is actually feeling suicidal there is a pretty high chance he could just spontaneously act on it if he has the means to do so.

Pretty sure because it involves a family member or something of that sorts. He stayed quiet with all the fuck ups with Faith and only really joked about the pill stream because that was the last real major fuck up that did not involve a woman/child until the Portugal beat down. Still never really brings up the horse in a hostile way, just the picture of her wearing the hat.
