The dogs probably humped another male dog at some point in the show
The one that pisses me off is the pure ratings grab that party turning into a lesbian was
since day one she’s been written as a celibate who chooses not to have romantic relationships
At least with Patty, there were a few subtle hints she was a lesbian even before the big reveal. Like the "there goes the last lingering thread of my heterosexuality" or how her voice was one of the two that were "in the closet" (the other being Smithers)
I still don't get why half of these characters are included.
Milhouse could be included if you're only going off that one throwaway gag where the school psychologist thought he was gay because of his effeminate behavior. Even then, that was more of a joke about Milhouse being a nerdy wimp than him being gay or trans.
Kodos probably got on there because of the line "and this is my sister, Kodos" but given that they're aliens, I don't think Kodos is trans.
Rod and Todd are also hinted at being gay when they grow up and there's been a few jokes about Lenny and Carl being more than friends but unless Matt Groening came out as gay or bi recently, none of the others make sense.
At most, Barney may have done some cross-dressing while he was drunk off his ass and the Sea Captain once made a joke about his crew needing porno magazines to stave off homosexuality while at sea.
I have no idea why Otto is on there at all. He's even more confusing than the dog being included
Lisa is a feminist, but is also very much a heterosexual (she's got crushes on boys and her future self is straight)
Edna Krappabel is straight, but given that she's always been depicted as kinda slutty, there may have been a Zombie Simpsons episode where she was portrayed as a pansexual that went after anything that moves.
Grandpa Simpson is straight, and even in the Zombie Simpsons episode where he was kissed by a dude, he's seen as being uncomfortable with it at the time and feeling bad that the man got fired. IIRC, he reconciles with the man not because he's gay or bi, but because he feels guilty that the man was fired over that kiss.
The only characters that could feasibly fit in the category under normal circumstances would be Waylon Smithers, Patty Bouvier, John, and the two gay Latino guys Homer lived with for a while and
maybe Rod and Todd if we're counting the futuristic episodes.
