Can't tell if the Bengals are just totally shot this year, or if the Commies are actually decent for once. Funny how we were all laughing at the rookie starters this week for not having even 1 passing TD, and now Jayden Daniels has the best QBR out of all of them, with 2 TDs and 0 picks.

Wow...Cowgirls showed some fight! Too little, too late.
My brother and I call him Stats Prescott because he's fucking horrendous, but goddamn he's got STATS. Sure, he was blown out by the end of the first half and the game was over and the defense lets up, BUT GODDAMN STATS PRESCOTT LOVES PADDING HIS STATS IN THE FOURTH.

I don't know how anyone falls for it in the conversations around him, especially people
deluding themselves into thinking he's an MVP contender. MVP should be someone who's a make or break factor for winning an unwinnable game, not someone who locks in to selfishly puff up his stats and give up trying for the team, especially when they're so close to taking back control of the game like against the Ravens this week.

How him and Trevor Lawrence are the two highest paid QBs without any playoff success makes no sense to me.

FiL screaming at Tucker for missing a 46 yard kick.

"Eating too much fried chicken!!"

Tucker is known as the Royal Farms spokesperson, a gas station specializing in fried chicken. Dudes got the yips or something, hes totally blowing his legacy. Ravens in general arent giving me good vibes at the start of this season, refs seem out for the team, and theres so many little mistakes each game hurting us.

Probably both. Bengals' defense sucks and Daniels is starting to look like fucking black Aaron Rodgers.

As someone who likes to dive into NFL history more than the average fan, I don't think the Giants-Browns rivalry gets the love it deserves. When I think of the best rivalries, I like to think of it more as a moments in time, than the totality of the series. Sure the Packers-Bears have a long history, but the rivalry hasn't been relevant in decades. The most recent example is the Colts-Patriots in the 2000s. These teams were divisional rivals for 40+ years but didn't really have a rivalry as they usually weren't very good at the same time. It ironically became a rivalry one the Colts left the AFC East. The match-ups were between the best teams in their conference, they were close and there were a lot of playoff match-ups so the games were high stakes. It wasn't too one-sided as the Colts were able to get their wins in important games and as the rivalry went on they got better. It was always must see TV. The Packers-Bears haven't been must see TV in a very long time which is why I think the best rivalries shouldn't be viewed in their totality. You can get good games here and there but most of the time, one side is dominating the other.

The Giants-Browns was the best NFL rivalry in the 1950s. (I know most NFL fans don't care about the NFL Pre-Superbowl era which I find to be weird since other sports don't have this issue. This era doesn't become null and void just because it's old and different.) The 2 teams dominated the Eastern Conference from 1950 onward, with either team winning it 15 out of 16 years. It started immediately when the Browns entered the league as the Giants were the only team to beat the Browns in 1950, including a season sweep. The Browns would get their revenge in the 1950 playoff game and win the NFL title that year. From then on, the games between the games between the 2 teams were important as it would help decide who would win the Eastern Conference and play in the NFL title game. The NFL schedule makers would make sure there was a game between the 2 teams at the end of the season as they knew how important this rivalry was and it often determined the conference winner that year. There were plenty of hall of famers on both teams. The most famous match-up was Jim Brown vs Sam Huff, Browns offense vs Giants defense. There was 2 playoff games between the 2 teams which is alot at the time considering how rare playoff games (non championship games) were in this era. The teams split the playoff meetings. For almost 10 years, when these 2 teams met, it was must see football which alot of rivalries don't have.

I'm not trying to hate on the Packers-Bears rivalry, I just don't think the greatest NFL rivalries should be based on how long or old they are. I like to look at the best moments of the rivalry, especially over a select period of time. The Raiders-Steelers in the 1970s is one of the greatest of all time. 5 straight years of meeting in the playoffs and 3 straight AFC championship games. Sure it's not one of the best now or in the last 30 years, but in the 1970s it was.

It Says a lot when the Ravens were looking into getting Jake Bates. I was shocked when I heard that. Since I thought Tucker was already all they needed. It turns out it may have been a sign of what's happening now.

It is with great regret that I bring the news that everyone on the Chargers is injured and the 2 wins we had was a false hope. I wish the rest of the league the best of luck to end the Chiefs run and as always we will be back next year to win the offseason.

Bolt up.

You're being hysterical, you're only down...hang on, math,
-Most of your linebackers
-About half of your secondary
-A wideout and serviceable TE
-Also Herbie hurt his ankle

Damn. Who are you playing next week? I'm taking the over.

It's fine man, it's just the Chiefs... also my fantasy D/ST play.
I am expecting Devin Singletary to look like Emmit Smith next week. Nabers is going to torture Diggs. Just fire McCarthy already.

Current mood is we send Heinicke out there and he does what he couldn't do against Tom Brady in the playoffs.

But also Derwin James just got suspended a game for "repeated violations of rules intended to protect players' health and safety" basically pussy shit. So uh not doing great.

Can't wait for DJ to look like Eli fucking Manning against the Cowboys trash Defense. God's punishing Jerry for paying Dak that much

And nothing for the Saints Defenders that were trying to kill Slay and Smith, fucking bullshit.

If there's one team I hate watching Chicago play, it's the Packers, because for most of my fandom they have obliterated the Bears. A rivalry is only fun when both teams are good and tick for tack. I'd say Bills-Chiefs is a solid one right now. The 9ers Harbaugh run against Seattle was also great. Nothing in recent memory beats out the Pats-Colts rivalry though, as you've already gone over.

Never knew about the Giants and Browns slugging it out back in the day. That must've been a hell of a series. Love some good ol' history.

That's how I feel about Giants-Eagles now. The outcome is always the same.

I feel like the NFL is trying so hard to force a next gen Brady-Manning but it's something that has to happen organically. Bills-Cheifs is probably the closest now but the Bills keep self-destructing at the end of games to ruin it. I'm not as invested since you know something dumb will happen or the refs will throw the Chiefs a lifeline as they seem to do every game now.

49ers-Seahawks was great, too bad the 49ers ran Harbaugh out of town.
