The producers of The Simpsons should have ended the show all the way back in 2000.The fact that they kept the show going is the biggest sin.Still its kind of sad that Apu got axed for a non-issue.I don't even know what a non-offensive version of Apu would be for SJW's.Like should he have come out as trans?Or maybe Apu be a character never in the wrong and perfect?
Also there's a Clueless remake announced.https://www.themarysue.com/clueless-remake-announced/
Unsurprisingly the folk at TMS want the remake to approach the SJW quota.Mention activism among teens in a 'positive' way.Turn the lead into a minority and obviously include a gay/bi/trans whatever friend. Its gotten to the point i can easily predict how they would update any old movie/show.I also find it weird that they consider Heathers a far more difficult to remake teen movie.I don't know maybe a Heathers remake could work.Have one white boy turn into a white supremacist that wants to blow up the school, have the black kid turn into a black supremacist that wants to blow up the school and for good measure add a muslim kid that turns into an ISIS sympathiser that wants to do the same. And our protagonist finds himself in a race to stop all 3.Or would that be waaaay too dark for 2018 and far too controversial?

Remember that they did Heathers as a remake not long ago? And it was terrible and never got aired?

Clueless really is more easier to make work in this day and age, but honestly, it's so 90s that it couldn't really be remade to any satisfaction.

The Mary Sue is undoubtedly the greatest repository of stupid opinions ever conceived, and is possibly the only website of its size where every single contributor suffers from some form of mental illness.

To be fair most SJW infested sites are quite similar.Mother Jones,TMS,Slate,The Root,Salon etc.The difference is which subjects interest them. The Root is more about the black experience,TMS is supposedly a pop culture review site i think. But the language used is the same the tone is the same at times you would think they copy pasted entire articles and only changed the subject matter. Its hard for me to conclude which is the worst since they're all alike in most aspects.

Why Wikipedia keeps using this website as a reference is baffling and quite frankly a bit disturbing to me.

It shows how fake their "encyclopedic" bullshit truly is. It has no more credibility than a bunch of random personal blogs.

More reeing about JK Rowling and QUEER-BAITING!!!!!

Good lord, what do you people WANT? A full-on sex scene or something? For fuck's sake. You know, everyone whines about the books, "they didn't show his sexuality in the books!!! Dumbledore never had a relationship!!!" Hello, neither did any of the other teachers, unless you count Lupin. The books were basically from Harry's point of view, and if he's like most teenagers, he probably didn't give a shit about his teachers' personal lives. Did you?

I dunno about anyone else, but the idea of my teachers having sex would probably have served as a potent emetic to my teenage self.

Would overt expressions of sexuality work in the time period the movie is set?I thought Fantastic beasts took place like before WW2.Back then even overt heterosexual stuff was somewhat more muted. And the word 'gay' was rarely used to refer to a homosexual before 1950.So Dumbledore even if he came out in such a movie he wouldn't say 'gay' i think 'fruit, queen' would be the term he would use assuming he simply didn't say homosexual.

I guess these kids don’t know what happened to Alan Turing and how crappily (and that’s an understatement) he was treated for being gay in these days...

We’re about a week out from the movie’s wide release, and of course, the marketing campaign is in full gear. Warner Bros. has released a featurette
Wait a minute, they're not even complaining about the film itself? They're complaining about a fucking trailer despite the fact that it's highly unlikely they're going to show every single scene where Dumbledore's sexuality is addressed in Fantastic Beasts 2 and that they probably won't address everything in one single film as there are three more sequels planned?

I don't know what's more stupid, this or the complaints about Nagini being an Asian woman ...
