I've been noticing how more and more obsessed TMS and it's posts on the comment section are with putting gays in kids shows and movies. I'm for having gay couples, but it's starting to be more of a matter of life or death with them.

Yeah, I'm all for diversity, but common advice is "write what you know". I'd rather have a good story that doesn't go out of its way to include representation, rather than a bad one that focuses on that stuff.
In a way, it's also important to teach kids that they should learn to enjoy people, even those that don't look like them or have certain labels.Yeah, I'm all for diversity, but common advice is "write what you know". Or when Straight White Women ship two white villains together to get their "bad boy" and "sinful homolust" thrills at the same time, at the expense of the lead heroes of color (see: General Hux having more fics on Ao3 than Finn).
Vivian Lame said:It’s awesome that women filled up the roles both behind and in front of the cameras in this issue. But it seems like still having that male-created “art” on the cover of a fashion magazine—in this one issue; no one’s saying men’s work shouldn’t be on the cover of other months’ issues—is a missed opportunity to fully reach the magazine’s goal.
Glamour... ten articles on how evil, no-good, and despicable men are and 20 articles on how to attract them.
Pffft, don't take the moral high ground here just because it's someone you don't like. If Leslie Jones or some other strong, brave womyn of colour were doing this you'd be cheering them on.What a fair and unbiased news arti-oh fuck it, I can't even get all the way through typing it.

While Glamour has good intentions on going untouched, it can't escape the fashion faux pas of the dang, dirty, dominating men in the industry. Also Lena Dunham sperging because muh female empowerment.
James woods is know as Republican and is suspringly astute on the issue, I have no idea if he's actually said anything particulary bad, he's pretty salty on twitter but most celebrities are. I'd bet my right eye that if it where felicia day engaging in asinine bitchfits on twitter they'd be behind her however.I thought everyone liked James Woods now? Oh wait, if he's joined the list of "problematic" celebrities now...
They think that because it came from 4Chan and Hillary decrying it as anti-semitism that Wendy's is obviously evil, nevermind they're just getting triggered over an internet meme that could be used for other things.
You sure that's not Cosmo?Glamour... ten articles on how evil, no-good, and despicable men are and 20 articles on how to attract them.
