Bad news from your Kiwi at ground zero. Try as I might, I can't find his booth anywhere, even on the site directory. This could mean one of two things:

1) the con wised up and yanked his ass from the area, including his booth or

2) he went DFE and either convinced them to remove him from listing or changed the name.

I don't know what happener, but he went AWOL and is gone from every listijg. Will update you as things happen.

It's still listed on the website. Breaking Games, booth #2329. That's the company publishing Expancity, which is the game co-created by Loter. That's what I assume they mean when they said he has a booth.

Who are the lawyers for GenCon? Does anyone know? They are seriously going to get sued... like in every other God damn direction imaginable. It's their convention, it's one of their vendors, they haven't contacted police as far as I know, they're not doing anything to address the issue, they didn't kick the guy out... they are legally gonna fuck themselves at this rate.

Kiwi in the field update.

The guy wasn't at his booth, or any other. I was able to figure out by talking to some people he is still at the con, just being a pussy and not showing up. I won't be able to go on Tard Watch all day tomorrow, as I've got some tournaments, but I'll try my best. The fact that the guy who played Big Bird and this asshole are in the same room is mind blowing.

Calling it now; once no arrest is made he'll get one of his patented "anonymous sources" that will inform him that the local authorities had struck a deal with Gencon to try and kill the incident before it picked up steam.

Given Hamblybobambly's penchant for inflating his own importance, I predict that Jeremy will tell us with the utmost seriousness that his "anonymous source" knows that this deal was struck BEFORE the attack, and that there was indeed premeditated collusion to beat him up from the start, hence the officers dismissive attitudes during his report. In classic Quartering style, he will wonder aloud -though not explicitly state- that maaaaaaaaaaybe Anita Sarkeesian herself had prior knowledge of this incident! After much scowling at the camera, #BarFightGate will commence, and Jeremy will tell us all how super insanely popular he's become as a result as his YouTube viewcount inexplicably doesn't grow accordingly.

Wow, that actually surprises me. I figured considering he went into DFE mode he'd have skipped town. So much for being on the front lines of the crusade for exceptionalism and defending the wahmens from horse mints.

Something's is up. He was "attacked by an SJW!" but couldn't find anyone to back him except one neckbeard and a bunch of disinterested strangers who didn't feel like arguing him, everyone looking for a police report suspiciously can't find one (to the point his fanbase is accusing people saying as much of helping to actively cover it up), and is dismissing the idea of what looks like an easy lawsuit- albeit still encouraging people to kick into the "warchest" to fund one.
 
You guys are way off here... in this situation Jeremy isn't flying off on his own accord, he's got the entire comic community backin him and basically telling him what to do and what not to do, including Ethan Van Sciver and our boy Zack. So if he's not doing interviews it's likely because they specifically told him he shouldn't.
