At face value Sikhism is pretty cool.

A martial religion preaching radical equality. A great guru created the Khalsa warrior group with a strict code of honor, and then requested to join it as an equal. Every man is named after a lion (Singh) and carries a dagger to defend himself and family. These warriors held back Islamic conquerors for a century and then became the greatest soldiers of the British empire.

Under the surface it falls apart. The Sikhs abandoned their gurus teachings and created a brand new caste system. The Khalsa is supposed to be a cool warrior group, but they have no standards so there is alot of pot bellied fat people in it, and there is no honor so you will often see scammers wearing Turbans with no repercussions. In western countries Sikhs rally around the Kirpan (dagger) as a matter of religious freedom, but then do nothing when a Sikh tard rages and stabs somebody while drunk. There is no compromise - they should just be allowed to carry around a knife in their eyes.

This basically kills Indian industrialization. The US is the last truly big consumer market with actual spending power left and India is shut out of it. They had dreams of "Made in India", trying to court companies like Apple to build shit there, etc.

It's over. And there probably won't be another chance - even the weirdly high tariffs on the SEA states are now competitive vs India. Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia are about to pick up a ton of the industrial supply chain that companies were scrambling to put in India. My next phone will merely smell of mi goreng instead of human shit.

China isn't going to pick up the slack because they don't consume. Russia is an old folks home running a war economy. Europe is in like ten different crises and do their own consumption-depression to maintain trade surpluses. The parts of the world with money have none to spare for Indian garbage.

Oh also - taxation on remittances starts January 1st. Tick tock, Modi.

Another update, Indian neighbor hired some Indian mechanic and didn't tell the landlord about it, they started fucking with the power for the whole building, gassing the hallway with borderline toxic fumes, then started a home invasion on said Indian neighbor's apartment by raiding their fridge and refusing to leave.

Update on this. So, my pal's workplace eventually fired the pajeeta. This is because my pal got trapped in a cycle of not giving work to her as her supervisor because she's incompetent, being asked by their superior why the pajeeta wasn't getting work, my pal giving her work, getting terrible work back, getting asked by their superior why the work was bad, not giving work to the pajeeta, and the cycle repeating. Eventually, after my pal basically provided a lengthy record of how bad the pajeeta was, they got rid of her (but management apparently dragged their feet on even that for that "salvaging" excuse.)

Anyway, my pal now thinks management has it out for them because, I don't know, they got embarrassed when they were proven to make a mistake, and they're looking for another job, taking over a decade of experience with them. It's especially sad because I told my pal at the start of all this that letting someone like that linger in a company absolutely demolishes teams. It's sad as well because they enjoy their job in a way that's crazy to me and otherwise really enjoyed working with their company, had been getting good tutoring and opportunities, were quite close to the people who are now being curt to them, and all that's been thrown away because they were right that someone was incompetent. I suppose the lesson is not to ever embarrass someone who is higher up the chain than you.

Update on the pajeet at my work. It's taken over a year, but other people are starting to ask what's up with his phone use and whether he's doing his work to an acceptable standard and whether we should be worried about some important people noticing how he acts.

For those who aren't following this just a quick update. The petition as of 10 hours ago has more than 3 million signatories, and a little extra bit of lore on the Jeet.
He was supposed to be deported during the first Trump admin, when Biden got into power that got axed. He failed both his English and driving tests, however moved to California and still got the trucking license.
Pre sentencing he attempted to flee back to California (Hoping for leniency over there I guess), but luckily got extradited back to Florida.

True, but this petition is making headlines in the mainstream news, and normies won't know that. The takeaway for them will be that 3 million+ (whatever the total number ends up being) real Indians are defending an illegal immigrant who killed three Americans and it's a horrible look.

Is this recent? So we have the Florida accident, that video someone posted recently of that other Sikh truck driving doing another illegal u-turn (no fatalities), and now this. I'm sure this stuff happened frequently before Florida, but now the country is hyper aware of the issue and every incident from here on out is going to compound the Indian PR disaster.

Not trying to join this slap fight, just wanted to add, in the context of a doctor shortage, deporting the millions of people who have no business being here, yet clog up our health care system, would sure help. Let's get them all out and see what the health care landscape looks like then. I'm sure we'll still be short some doctors, but we can fix that by training up doctors here.
