I think how lots of companies end up with lazy jeets other than the obvious that they are cheap asf is they will have hired one Jeet long ago who might have actually been competent, someone in HR decides they can get asspats for diversity hiring so they think in their head that if they get a few more jeets they will all get along and communicate well and work together, falsely thinking that the second, third and fourth Jeet will be equally as good as the first. I consider the jeets born here in the 80's and 90' to be sorta white-jeets, sorta a Jeet on the outside but on the inside not really (like a mutahar), you see these guys a bunch in engineering. The hiring pool now is now mostly feral-jeets direct from India, turned retarded by their culture and bad education system. You inject a few feral-jeets into the company and it just fucks everything
Scenario B is they hire a feral-jeet right off rip for some reason, and then that worker actually can't speak fucking English and communicate with anyone, so they try to bandaid it by hiring 4 more. And then instead of working together they try to enforce their caste system in the workplace and endlessly fuck with eachother
