HOW DARE WHITE PEOPLE HAVE HOBBIES! When they should be being killed in prison or raping strong WOC so that it helps our political agenda...

http://www.cracked.com/article_23968_why-popular-fantasy-films-are-worst-sources-wisdom_p2.html

The author of this article doesn't seem to realize most of these movies are based on myths and ancient legends which is why things occur the way they do (back then monarchy was thought to be the work of God and all that).
Movies aren't 100% factual?

Say what you want about cracked but they have the rare ability to bring people from every culture, race, and political persuasion together to bitch about their terrible articles. That counts for something.

I kind of liked the brief period of time when they were actually funny, though. I don't want to go to a humor website just to get pissed off at how stupid it is.

The reason why Mickey and other cartoon characters wear gloves is due to better show their hands; since their bodies are all black/one singular color, it's done to distinguish their arms and hands when they're moving around. As for why Mickey has such a design- mice can be black, and usually their little fur around the face sometimes is a lighter color.

Oh well, do you expect white-guilters to even know history proper?

If the upcoming book Birth of an Industry: Blackface Minstrelsy and the Rise of American Animation (which I heard about on cartoon guru Jerry Beck's website) is any indication, there is a link between Minstrel shows and early black-and-white cartoons.

In any case, here's the proper link to TV Tropes' Dethroning Moment of Suck for Cracked (the guy who posted it previously misspelled the url). Interesting stuff.

I'd be fine either way. It's the insufferable, literally-everyone-and-everything-is-problematic attitude I can't stand.

Minstrely was the greatest, most popular, and most influential form of American entertainment for over a century. Of course it still influences to the present day. It'd be downtight Ingsocian to scrub out its entire ancestry.

There were offensive bits, but so what? All art offends people. SJWs pretending otherwise just shows that they're hypocritical cunts who want evveryone to play by the heckler's veto aside from themselves and all snoflakes as ot more special than themselves.

Fuck those faggots sideways and long. They should be Clockwork-Orange'd to the Amos 'n Andy radio show, and end every session with O'Brien asking how many fingers he's holding up.

Definitely worth reading, lots of legitimate points made and honest criticism there.

But being as it's tvtropes, it's interspersed with some funny cringeworthy shit from bronies and furries ignoring any legit issues for "Waaaaahhh, Cracked mocked my fetish, HOW DARE THEY!"

The good thing is that Chivalry: Medieval Warfare doesn't exclude female characters because of appalling historical sexism. Any game claiming historical accuracy should have 99 percent of the players die in a field and the few remaining knights collapsing of heatstroke if they play for over an hour.
That's a funny way to describe historical accuracy.

Does this mean I can fund that game about Shaka Zulu's conquests I've always dreamed of making? Only with an all-Boer cast to keep my white customer base from having to play as a race other than their own and experience the discomfort pea-o-seas apparently experience themselves when they have to play as someone not as dark as them?

No? Because I'm doing it anyway, if only to tie a copies of the games to stones and bricks and toss them at Luke McKinney's house.
