Sounds like some kind of crazy stunt to be progressive. "Next season a new main character is joining the cast. Cole's estranged half brother moves in with him. It's Chris, the female identified transgender who also has autism, and deals with online bullying."
A very special episode of "From Hillbilly To Harlem". Show gets canceled after weens ruin studio lot with " JULAY" spray painted on the sets.

I'm glad this thread is still up so this can be discussed for the someteenth time
Not everyone is up to date on the world's smartest film critic, man!

The Tome of Chris Chan is huge and full of characters! Not everyone can know it all! Except maybe Marvin

I can't understand why Cole's film reviews on YouTube have such low view counts. I've watched a few of them, and whilst they're not earth-shaking, I've seen a lot worse.

Imagine if the Cinema Snob wasn't just a character being played and was also not funny or charismatic. That's Cole.

Do you know The Angry Video Game Nerd? It's that exact same gimmick, only with movies.

Missed sarcasm aside, I don't even know if the guy still operates today

Hmm, but I do wonder how Christmas with Cole and his family goes. Maybe they have a tradition of throwing large wads of cash in the fire while toasting in Barb and Chris's honor.

YouTube has thousands of film reviewers, so in order to stand out, you actually do have to be pretty earth-shaking. Otherwise you'll just disappear.

It doesn't help that Cole's style is really not suited to a mass audience. He's an okay presenter, but he doesn't have the personality to make you want to keep watching. And he's both pretentious and contrarian - people who watch a YouTube review just want to know, is this film something I want to see? They don't want some waffley crap about underlying messages and the condition humaine.

That's not to say you can't be intellectual on YouTube - you've just got to present it in a way that makes it digestible to the casual viewer with a short attention span. Wisecrack is a channel that does this pretty well.

They'll watch that holiday classic, 'Chris and Barb Staring Sadly Into the Camera (And Chris Has Huge Tits).'

Oh, yeah, but Chris' views usually come from when he's being unintentional and uninhibited.
Chris pretending to be a cute girl on camera won't get that much attention, but Chris on camera dressed in stockings and a bra while humping a blow up doll got him upward of 50-60 thousand views...and then banned when others have done or said worse.

only if Chris is the anti-Christmas.

Can you imagine Christmas with him? Looking down at your broken gimmick toy while he drools over a 200-dollar Lego set.

That Christmas video.... my God.... poor Bob.

He's free of it now. He may rest comfortably.
At least till they rejoin him.

At least Bob got a present that wasn't broken or the last one they had. :(
I remember in that video hes like "i want the dvd" and then fatty looks at him with his empty soul look and says "really?"
Bob knew Ian Brandon Anderson wanted the dvd, and even if he wants even the real Chris, he still obliged because he was just trying to be a loving father.*sigh*

It's hard to quantify that kind of response.
