He doesn't owe shit to anyone. What weird world do people live in where they think you're somehow on the hook for the debts of your other adult relatives? Cole owes nothing to any of these people and they can't do shit to him.
 
While I feel for and completely empathize with Cole when it comes to living/dealing with emotionally abusive and delusional family members (something I have personally dealt with), he seems extremely full of himself and gives off some douchebag vibes.

Yeap and that's where my empathy ends with the dipshit. He reminds me of that one kid who skipped a grade and thought they were the greatest gift to mankind (again something that runs in the family) and yet all he does is write interviews on the internet and rides on the sepsis-ridden coattails of Chris's infamy.
 
I was checking up on Cole's site to see if he's still an abject failure. My takeaways:

1) He still is committed to his online presence and uploads every few months.
2) He is advertising a website called CrazyCole which is now some random storefront, but it's the very first thing you see visiting ColeSmithey.com
3) He advertises video editing services now.
4) He has a link to a defunct podcast about food. There was a buffer where his cohost talks about a hypothetical situation involving their mothers and Cole reacts very negatively. This clip is 4 years old but made me grin.



The podcast lasted several years, had about 120+ episodes, and never broke 100 listens.

The only person I have empathy for is whatever poor woman was dumb enough to marry Cole, and now works to support both of them while he sits at home and plays film critic.

For whatever reason the audio on this doesn’t work for me.
 
We all know Barb wants to fuck Chris and turned him into her ersatz husband, but did she try the same with Cole? Is that why she had Chris, because Cole ran away and she wanted a second chance?
 
Let's be honest, that whole family is fucked in every way. Smithey has at least some semblance of lucidity left, in his wannabe "UHM aCtUAllY I aM AN ArTisT" mindset.
