I wanted to see the results of Glitch Productions' Glassdoor reviews, and, put simply, they're not great.
The Glitch fans dismiss a lot of those reviews as "Lies made by fake accounts" or "Made when Glitch was smaller, so it's fine"

Thankfully, we have some statements made from outside of Glassdoor

As a note, these were uploaded during the Celeste Notley Smith incident. Another one of Glitch's fuck up

And to bring this ALL back to Digital Circus, here's a now deleted statement from Goose

Edit: This post was originally trying to take a middle stance and say "Yeah, Glitch fucks up, but I'm sure they're not all bad" But after finding more and more crap, I decided, screw it. This shit is so fucking stupid

inb4 the finale gets leaked entirely before it hits theaters
This would be the most hilarious outcome, especially if Cooper goes scorched earth and does it himself.

Glitch is willing to get into a legal battle in S. Korea over their rabid insistence on protecting the finale from leaks. It reeks of greed to the point of stupidity, clearly they are so focused on not losing single cent on ticket sales that they are going to cost themselves more down the line in legal fees.

It's all stupid, they think they'll be able to get ticket sales for two weeks as tumblrinas flood the theaters to avoid spoilers. What is most likely to happen is that the leaks will occur within an hour or two of the end of the first showings, everyone will find out the ending, and they'll miss out on ad based revenue from youtube viewers who will have seen the finale.

To bring it back to the community for a moment, I just don't get how they're confused about Cooper's focus on Jax rather than Pomni. They honestly believed that Cooper would focus more on Pomni but, he can't. Cooper identifies more strongly, and favors, Jax because Cooper can't identify with being a woman despite attempting to skinwalk as one. Jax IS Cooper. Everyone identifies Zooble as Cooper's self-insert and I believe she represents Cooper's AGP issues but, overall, it is clear that Cooper sees himself in Jax far more than Zooble. Because he is a narcissistic faggot, he couldn't help but steer the show into one that focuses almost entirely about Jax because it all has to be about Cooper in the end.

I don't know what apologetics is going on but Luke is the CEO of the company, his brother is the CCO and some random as the COO. Unless they are mentioning someone else with the same name but I have a feeling people are trying to come up with some nebulous "management" and "investors" because they are brought up to hate da evil man in the suit/toxic positivity to where they cannot speak openly about how shit he is. Unless they expect people to read between the lines or some other shit going on. Why say "the showrunners including Luke" but shit on the CEO?
Also googled it and it seems in Australia unpaid overtime is only allowed to a 'reasonable' and non-harmful degree, so theyd probably have grounds to sue if they werent broke art school graduates.
In NSW you can get absolutely raped by the ombudsman/WHS for the overtime stuff. Usually if you lodge a complaint of any kind (and it is found credible) the state will take the defendant to court and charge them on the basis of violating these laws. A lot of them were made under the Hawke and Keating administrations but only in the late 2000s did people start actually getting hammered for it and were there more overarching laws put together to make WHS. Example I can think of is some case (different state) where a guy had to pay upwards of 30k due to an unfair dismissal of an apprentice due to some issue relating to politics or whatever. What ended up happening was they kept stacking the payment because he refused to pay until he decided to finally do so after a 2nd hearing. I do think that WHS would be a little more "careful" with stuff like this but you would be surprised at how seriously they will take this stuff. Issue is that glitch's pockets may be deep enough to pay everyone off.

Also since jewgle is down I can't look this up but WHS also was heavily involved in when Team Bondi was starting to go under after LA Noire. This was again a studio based in the same city and what happened there was a similar situation of underpaid overtime, overtime exceeding legal hours, unfair dismissals and not crediting them at the end of the game (violating some legal statutes). McNamara was forced to pay I think somewhere between 300 to 600k in unpaid overtime to all those employee's who worked overtime for 2-3 months straight and then were let off without receiving payment. Now this case was particularly egregious but you can see that making too many enemies or being too cutthroat will get you in some pretty deep shit with state regulators.

I've been wracking my brain trying to think about WHY Glitch wanted the movie to release in June so badly. As a reminder, the release date for June 19th was announced at the end of Episode 8, meaning Glitch was certain that they'd be able to get the episode made and do all this theater nonsense in Three Months.

By all accounts, they could've NOT announced a release date, announce the last episode is going to be shown in theaters, take as long as they need to finish the episode itself and deal with the red tape, then, and ONLY then, finally announce a release date once they've gotten everything sorted out and there would be no need for any kind of delay.

Even that aside, why June? Why not give themselves a bit more leeway and announce the date for the end of the year, or even next year? Knowing they're going to have to sort out the theater situation, why give themselves such a tight deadline?

Try as I might, there was only really one reason I can think of as to why Glitch is so adamant about getting this movie released in theaters in June. And I know this is the second or third time I've brought this up, but it bears repeating

For reference, Toy Story 5's release date was announced as early as a teaser trailer in November 2025, with the official trailer dropping in February, both of which predates Episode 8

I said a while back that Glitch is trying to steal Toy Story 5's thunder by releasing their own movie so close to Toy Story 5 and assert once and for all that they're better than Disney.

They completely failed to notice the fact that Toy Story 5 had a teaser trailer all the way in November, meaning they already had something to show for, and still 7 whole months to showtime, while Glitch thinks that as a self-proclaimed indie company, they can just bank on the goodwill of their fans to magically make all the theaters like them and get everything sorted out in less than half that time
All this and shrek 5 getting revealed to have illumination-ified artstyle that got characters eye colors wrong only to be delayed another year after over a decade in development hell after it's announcement really shows how much of a doomed year this is.

Shrek 5 was delayed until 2027.

So, with GameOverse coming out in a few days and Glitch and Ross are having an argument about the difference between a mustard dog and a chili dog, we gonna discuss that show here, someone's making a new thread, or we bring it up on Glitch's thread?

Glitch thread.

Made when Glitch was smaller, so it's fine
my response: if this was when they were small, imsgine the clusterfuck they have now when its big

a bigger studio means more moving parts, which means more potential clusterfucks to occur, especially if it's a studio that started out as an indie and recently had an explosion in popularity that they have to figure out how to handle properly

more success means higher expectations, and u gotta keep matching them cuz ur fanbase always expects more from you, and that often means overworking your animators until their souls leave their bodies (and ideally end up in their work)

glitch productions is a factory for tortured artists

In hindsight, I don't know why I didn't start following this thread sooner. This fiasco is fun to watch unravel. I can't believe that a release date for the finale was created before it was finished AND the process for getting it into theaters wasn't fully figured out ahead of time. Quite the statement for the pull of indie animation, I'll admit!

Not looking very wholesome chungus indie studio anymore. Jesus and to think this all started from Mario 64 bloopers. The only thing I knew about Kevin is that he turned SMG4 into shit, but seeing all of this information truly shows how much of a greedy jew he is.

This is a controversial opinion, but sometimes I get the feeling that The Amazing Digital Circus was a big mistake, both for the animation industry and for internet culture.

It gived some animators too much confidence without thinking. Did you notice the amount of indie pilots that came out after TADC?

Yes, that's the aforementioned "Indie Renaissance" that makes people like Saberspark and Vailskibum wet.

But not only that, it also managed to worsen fandom culture even further. TADC took the worst aspects of existing toxic fandoms (FNAF, Undertale, Steven Universe, MLP, Vivziepop) and mixed them together. The only thing this fandom is missing is an attempted murder. And the worst part is that the toxicity of the Digital Circus fandom will transfer to the next piece of media that obsesses the internet once the series ends.
