Unless pomni's trauma is scalie vore, we assume she doesn't have one cause she is the most normal and thats the idea but idk if goose would write like that, it feels too lazy. Even someone with a normal life experienced something traumatic. I thought this would mean she is alive and others dead but even that sounds too cliche and predictable for how goose keeps hyping the end and saying the theorists are wrong.
After pondering for a while, one thing we're forgeting is the fact the company was straight up developing AI, meaning Cain and Abel (?) were probably not the only ones. The implication that Caine can't tell an npc from human made everyone theorize someone was an NPC, but the real twist would be if one of them was AI. Not a digital copy of a brain like soma, straight up AI.
It would sound retarded at first but why wouldn't they do it? Assuming this whole thing is real and minds are being uploaded to the circus, why not send an AI too? This sounds no different from the old Jax npc theory but that theory always assumed Jax was a self aware "antagonist" but why would he? Gumigoo couldn't tell he was an npc so the AI wouldn't either. If you give them a vague background they will simply believe it as truth. It's impossible to tell the difference between AI, digital copy of human brain and "human". By this logic, an AI could be revealed to have been human (haha jk... unless...?).
I'm just looking back at Pomni telling gumigoo "you're real because you care about your friends and belongs as much as me" and wondering if goose must have felt really clever when they wrote that stuff...
