I can understand that he wants the dosh, but by God there are better ways to get people to fork over money than blatant shipfaggotry. It reeks of key jangling and it feels like it's solely going to be enjoyed by Patreon supporters.

I guarantee you there is. Especially looking at the Marionette shit, the edgy Hasbin Hotel faced Soarin, black gay tranny sex pony, there's so many details that seem way out of Tamers' normal scope since the start of the horse shit. You could see this random pollination also occur with his SU videos but it mainly seemed to happen because he saw some random anime characters or certain pop culture memes that he decided to toss into the script.
The musicians are 100% the attack vector point, when you see how many of them either fell down the HRT hole or are on the verge of it the influx of overdriven perversion and Hazbin garbage makes sense. There is a reason people in the less retardation tolerant groups make fun of “Princesswhatever” wondering when the inevitable I’m-a-girl-now tweet will drop.
From what I've seen of Tamers over the years he would not stay in a Discord for very long. He has no trouble speaking his mind and will offend others without any issue. That part of the autism seems authentic.
Yeah that was one of the things that attracted me towards Tamers in the first place. Mixing characters from completely different franchises was always a cringe concept (see: Pooh’s Adventures) but Tamers did/does it in such a way that makes it so funny and well made.
I believe it's just cause instead of the usual crossover pitfalls of trying to tie two (or more) series together in one world or multiple related to the works being crossed over, Tamers levelled the playing field. The appeal of the Hedgehogs and their adventures was seeing how they went about Midwestern American living- never once do we see them go back to Mobius except for flashbacks. Same thing with everyone else crossed over. The Lyoko Warriors fighting XANA? It's outside a Pizza Hut with special appearances from Captain Planet who gets beat up after being hyped up by Aang. Yugi fighting an epic card duel? It's at a random middle school tournament, surprising Sonic at a mall, or in WW3- gets subverted when you realize that the rules of Yugi-Oh only work when someone else agrees to play the card game. The crossovers with other franchises work in a weird way because they're just as out of their element as the Sonic Underground is- stuck in the Midwest.
Every Sleet and Dingo moment in a Christmas episode alone is infinitely better at representing a gay relationship than Apple Bottom and Care Package's whole relationship. It's a messy, confusing, and outright paradoxical relationship that doesn't stumble because 'ohh I'm so thirsty I need to kill someone to get in Care Package's pants!', it stumbles and hits hurdles like 'how are we going to afford renting an apartment?', or has amazing jokes like that brick joke about Dingo getting Sleet a box of Coca Cola after getting him a box of ice cubes a year ago from the Secret Santa party. It's grounded and it works so much better because it's not about getting panty shots of some ponyshit, it's about realistic struggles of couples even as Sleet and Dingo are just as exaggerated as everyone else.
This is a problem literally every single relationship in the pony videos have and why I could never bring myself to give a shit about any of them. Every single relationship is focused entirely on sex and wanting to fuck each other. That's it. That is literally the only thing any of them talk about 24/7. Why should I care about any of these ships if I can't believe that any of these characters actually care about one another? Sleet and Dingo, Knuckles and Sonia, hell even Cyrus and Trevor all at least feel like they enjoy just spending time with each other.
Cyrus and Trevor at least seem to have some growth after finding Cyrus's dad or the constant 'are they, aren't they' dynamic of a relationship where Trevor seems to want the benefits of a gay relationship but doesn't want people to know about it and Cyrus just wants a damn answer half the time. Both like one another as friends at the least though, so there's something there under it all beyond wanting a quick fuck.
It's weird that Cyrus and Trevor were killed in a pony episode. I know their irrelevance was a running gag but they're still incredibly long-running characters in Tamers. It's about one step away from killing off Sleet and Dingo, and it seems like nobody cares or even noticed.
inb4 Tamers just brings them back with no rhyme or reason.
