This is where we enter the fucking hilarious system Cuckspendas has fallen victim to. Sus, as a foreigner, cannot own property or a car in Thailand outright. Foreigners can only own a minority interest. And even if Sus had that thought and put his name on paper somewhere, he needs RiRi's permission to sell it. When he's tapped out, this breakup will be simply magnificent. Sus needs to be live when it happens.

They can own cars and they can own property but just not a house, Suspendas could have bought himself a condo and a car quite easily.

He then ended the stream and had a meltdown, trying to delete everything in his discord then left.
