Yeah I think so too. He’s just fucking crazy and convincing himself these things are happening when they clearly aren’t.

If he really just had a stroke he would be in the hospital and unable to post on X all day joking about it. Anyone who believes this shit has no idea what a stroke is like.

Yes. Malnutrition, sedentarism, hypertension and atrial fibrillation can cause a stroke. The latter can also cause you to faint, feel weak, and make you feel full-blown panicked with a racing heart.

Yes, particularly ischaemic strokes. It's related to sustained high blood pressure and onset of atrial fibrillation, which causes clots that travel to the brain.
Constant liver abuse can also result in clotting factors being napalmed, so if a tiny vessel in the brain bleeds it can't clot, resulting in a haemorrhagic stroke.

He hasn't had a stroke. He would know all about it if he had. I could believe he had a TIA though (transient ischaemic attack- mini stroke a lá Mersh).

I think he may be faking the stroke so that he can convince his remaining audience that all his slurred speech in his future videos is due to a “stroke” and not him being constantly sloshed

Every story he weaves is setting himself up with an alibi to cope with some incoming fuckery. He is laying the groundwork with the stroke story. Some of this is coming from attempting to manipulate Sam from afar and get her to reach out to him with "OMG ARE YOU OK?" The medical condition scam is scamming 101 because it manipulates people into turning away from the shit a person is doing, and forces them to feel bad and show concern instead. It preys on a normal person's empathy.

Of course, he announces that he is still able to write because that enables him to continue with the onslaught of Poopooopeeepeee essays despite being incapacitated with a stroke on Mel's mattress.

The broken laptop streaming of course, gives him an out as to why he won't stream today and show his new stroked out form. Has he streamed yet? We shall see...

I think in his own mind, he believes that he weaves this fairytale of being in the body of a sick 90-year-old man, the judge will somehow rescue him the gang bangers in NOLA. He still hasn't figured out that the justice system does not exist inside his fantasy world.
 
My money’s on self-pity and sympathy baiting, combined with a mixture of actually wanting to die to avoid the consequences of completely fucking up his life, and a narcissistic desire to go out on a somewhat sympathetic and tragic note. Literal emo teenager-tier behavior.
