I can say with a substantive degree of confidence the state will drop charges. In manditory arrest states these cases are a dime a dozen and are used all the time to get a leg up in divorce court. But the underlying problem I see is almost entirely hard or compelling evidence. The guy has been allowed to return to Vermont so I kinda doubt this is something the state is really enthusiastic to go after. They have a lot of bigger fish to go after and I don't think this is a big one.

They are still married. By US laws there is nothing illegal about any parent moving with their child. I don't know what Finnish laws would apply.

My aunt was such a bad alcoholic her organs starting shutting down from malnourishment and she had to be hospitalized for weeks. The doctors actually had to give her beer bc they were afraid the withdrawals would kill her. I actually feel bad for Styx(as far as the alcoholism goes) and hope he gets help. My grandpa actually did die from it. The disease seems to run in my family if that's even possible
 
I don't believe in Turd enough to pinpoint those shakes to alcohol withdrawal.
Turd probably gave up the hard alcohol, but still sips on wine.

He's just full of fear.

I've seen similar shaky hand movements from Turd, just before he gets behind the wheel for a short "road trip" to the local Aldi's supermarket.
It is simply gesturing nervousness about the unknown.

Aldi's is such a great store, just putting it out there.

Screw the rest of my excursions out in "Rutvegas."
 
This whole excursion is just further evidence of why I'll never touch a drop of alcohol or other illicit substances in my life. Shit's nothing but trouble, physically, mentally, and socially.

Well, I don't give a shit really, but the way he moved last video is 100% lack of booze. So, whatever. I know the way it feels like to move the arms and hand without it, he 100% lacks it. That's where it is. Apart from that, I have no input.

I feel bad for him, too. My mom was a wine "connoiseur" and over 20 years she built up a heckuva tolerance. She drove her car into a ditch and blew a 0.45. The judge scolded her that she wasn't competent to work a remote control. She dried out (with a Librium drip and B1) and had a good 2 decades sober, but I've worked in rehab and seen people have seizures while still technically drunker than Mom. I've seen heavy drinkers ruin their hearts. One heavy drinker was also diabetic and the tip of his penis rotted off from gangrene.

Someone questioning Elisabeth's daughter's paternity bothered her.

I know Elisabeth having cheated was one of the early speculations when back when people thought Tarl was somewhat normal. But that ship has sailed.

If that wasn't Tarl's kid, he would not keep going back or pay for Elisabeth's living expenses. Elisabeth would have divorced his ass by now. (She still should.)

It is very likely that Elisabeth is sleeping with other people now as she shops for options. But their marriage functionally ended a long time ago. Tarl has clearly demonstrated there is no fidelity on his end.

Also that story of Elisabeth being a "bitch." Might as well cross that one off the list too. Tarl's alcoholism, history of chasing pussy at any and every opportunity, his narcissism and all of the destructive behaviors that incurs. The control. That Machiavellian manipulation, gas lighting. trying to make her feel like she is in the wrong, a hypocrite, the intimidation, including physical. And then the sweet talk and the "poor me I'm a helpless victim" to pull people back after he has lost control. That would drive anyone crazy. By my book, she hasn't been bitch enough. I wouldn't be around Tarl unless I have family there to put him in another head lock when he gets out of line.
