Seems like a lot of people don't understand the difference between proof and evidence. See, this up here, it's evidence. It's not going to get styxgooberhummen locked up for life. None of it is even illegal. BUT, there are videos and screenshots that show that these events actually happened, and that's what makes it  evidence. It's not just an anecdote with TRUST ME GUISE in place of evidence that indicates that these events actually happened. And most of it has no taint of cherry-picking or selective editing to suggest a certain narrative that might turn out later to be untrue.

Styx 100% groped Samantha in front of thousands of people, the video is irrefutable  proof of that. The same video offers  evidence that he was drunk at the time, due to his lurching, slurring, and lack of thought about how this might affect his audience. However, it's not proof of drunkeness, because he might have been high on something else, he might have been having a fucking seizure or a stroke, or any other host of unconvincing excuses that people make when they're trying to pretend they're not publicly drunk. The evidence of drunkeness falls short of being proof, but nevertheless most reasonable people would believe he's drunk in that video based on the evidence. I hope this helps some of you understand the difference between proof and evidence.

Dude's fucked. I suspect he'll pay her off to drop charges. It depends on how bad he really hurt her and pissed her off.

And people above, from I'm seeing this has NOTHING to do with him groping and being a jerk online. This is DV. For most cases it won't take much beyond just 'he pushed her away' to jail him.

It's very similar to divorce hearings, the woman has the advantage and it's up to them. If she ends up saying it was nothing, the system will agree. If she sticks it to him, most likely the arrest situation will be all there is and if he admitted or anything, that's it.

Was this an On View crime though? That'll make or break it for him for sure.

Once Stolas gets finished with that DA, he'll not only drop the charges, he'll file charges against Styx's enemies on multiple counts of being a bunch of niggers. She can't drop charges, they fixed that DV loophole a few decades ago after several chicks got murdered.

True, the state always does the charging in a DV. I was thinking more if she doesn't 'press charges', that will usually cause the state to not press it hard.
 
Aren’t lawyers in most states notaries or equivalent? Couldn’t he just pay some fag lawyer $200 to slip on down to the gunny store?

Notaries are everywhere; in some states you just have to take a simple test.

A first time domestic violence charge in Lousiana is considered a misdemeanor.

Technically in Lousiana, he hasn't been formally charged until his arraignment. I guess he's counting on charges being dropped/not pursued by the state if he does some sort of domestic violence course in Vermont before then.

Unfortunately these programs usually involve frequent alcohol and drug testing which is probably why Tarl is trying to go cold turkey.

In all likelyhood, if the state of Louisiana does drop the charges it'll be because Tarl lives in another state and they might see it as the easiest course of action, figuring he won't be their problem.

He seems pretty high profile, I'd imagine if they got him in his state they'd do it there. Who knows though, these kind of scumbags do tend to get off on technicalities. Being online and going apeshit like he has been, before and after, won't help his case much but the DA's there might not have a clue.
 
Some FFLs (fellow blessed by the government to keep records of firearm transactions) will hold in possession for you some firearms that you need to not be in possession of.

A powerlevely example, that I overheard during a long wait in a FFL that operated out of his garage, was a guy said he was accused of stalking and he was paranoid the court would force him to give up his guns, so he wanted the FFL to hold on to them for some weeks or months.

They had to check in each of these pistols, rifles, etc individually with serial numbers. Took over a couple of hours.

Chances are sticks hammer here is really not that smart nor possesses the capability of any sort of forethought nor ability to plan ahead and this is some weird alibi or witness thing.

My guess is he'll get probation but they'll let him serve it wherever. The only real question is whether he gets a DV conviction and loses his right to have guns. He should probably take any deal where that doesn't happen and then be a good boy for whatever period of time he has to.

Unless he somehow tards up this whole gun thing currently going on.
