You don't have to remain in the state where you were arrested if you live elsewhere. You just have to return for your court dates. If you're charged with a serious crime or live far away your bail will be set higher but they can't force you to sit in a hotel room if your established residence/place of employment is in another state. If they're hellbent on you staying in-state they'll just keep you in jail. I assume Styx is staying in LA because it's convenient with his court dates coming up soon.

You can also arrange to undergo any treatment or diversion programs in your home state as long as it meets the court's approval.

After watching a video on a Youtuber discovering styx drama that was posted in this thread, (Can't find OP to reference) that youtuber, Bachelor Philosopher, made a video reading off the Styxhenenhammer666 Kiwi Farms Thread with commentary. Its pretty entertaining.
Also, Here are some notable clips from 10/10/2024 Thursday livestream. During the livestream he constantly tries to convince his audience that he is going off the alcohol, probably for PR reasons. Also gives some relationship advice, tells us his personal choice of alcohol, how he almost died from eating snails, and tells his audience how he feels about retards.

Well Tarl is right about kamala being both slow and insane. I'm done with him. He threw away a wife and daughter to be a booze/drug addicted sex swinger. He complains about the evil feminists ruining everything and that's enough for conservative men it seems. I would skim his videos in the past because it was a nice little bite-sized way to see what's been going on for someone who never watches the news, and if a topic interested me I would go research it further. But I was never a "fan" and I always thought he was kinda icky.
